I played it like, 3? weeks ago, I'm pretty sure that's past when all those magic updates were applied.
It's still a bag of crap. I haven't even mentioned the time an alien basically clipped me through the map, until I'd mashed a button enough to recover.

It's an Origin code most likely, and you can't gift those cross-region AFAIK.

Ah sorry, discounts for Origin games are always region locked, I assumed EA implemented further checks as well.

It seems to depend on the card and the drivers used.
I didn't have all that many problems with it (apart from some texture pop-in) on my old-ass drivers.

Did it twice so far. Had no issues. Just gotta make sure it's not a region locked version (most games aren't region locked though and it's clearly stated in the game's description if they are).

TF2Outpost itself is fine, you have to look at the traders reputation. There's always a chance to be scammed if you don't know the person, but you if you look at their profile and their SteamRep/SteamTrades profiles you can normally find people who seem trustworthy.

7-8 keys seems to be the going rate for Rayman Legends.

Even if the person sending the game reverses payment and the game gets removed from your library you don't need to worry. Steam will reverse the trade and give you whatever you sent them back. Just make sure you do it through the steam trade window.
