Hmm.

Been using Big Picture Mode for the last 2 or 3 days, but have encountered a couple of issues;

- The search function doesn't work. I tried searching for AvP 2000 Classic, which I've never played but wanted to after it turns out Coloniel Marines is a flushed turd, but the search function didn't pull up any results for me even when I tried searching for other games. I had to use the iPad app to search for and purchase the game, then install once it appeared in my library on Big Picture.

- Set Category doesn't work. I'm somewhat OCD about the organisation of my Steam library and often switch in and out of categories depending on what I'm playing. But clicking Set Category doesn't respond when in Big Picture Mode.

- There doesn't seem to be any easily visible way to redeem codes in Big Picture Mode. I've started using GMG more and more for my purchases, especially Day One's what with all the discount codes, but I can't seem to find where to redeem codes while in Big Picture.

Are these known issues? Anyone come across them before or even have a fix? And if they are issues, are Valve aware of them? I've not checked the Steam forums yet but depending on responses here I might report all of the above, or at least check if they've already been reported.

I absolutely love Big Picture Mode though. I think it's the nicest console-style UI I've ever used. I've got my PC set to boot straight into BPM and I'm pretty much in Steam Box nirvana right now already. But it'd be even better if there was a fix to the above 3 things.

I launch XBMC through BPM. It's a great combo.

Assuredly not: the company's facebook page states that it (also) specialises in "finding classic, abandoned and forgotten PC games and bringing them back into the hands of gamers", and the release will be temporarily exclusive to GoG.

I've been to many Wii U threads in my life and the good fellas there have asured 100% that the Wii U version is the one to get, that one guarentees awesomeness for the simple fact that it uses the Gamepad.
