I called it insane? forget that, it's raving maniac of a game (><)

also I've seen it tagged as tower defence, it's not, believe me. I don't know what it is, aside of a landlord sim, it's more than that for sure, but not tower defence, even if it has some elements that suggest it.

This game looks like SimTower, am I right?

Waifu tag actually would be helpful for people. It's something specific, but something that could also span various game genres.

I agree, but what I hope has happened is that to prevent complete trolling, they have weighted it in such a way that it simply requires a larger amount of people to tag it as "waifu" or by not displaying it, they can experiment with how many people would generally want "waifu" as a term and enter it manually

Xeno1 was scored by Yasunori Mitsuda (who also did Xenogears), but was fairly disappointing affair (his strength is in celtic stuff, not orchestral songs)
Xeno 2 was scored by Yuki Kajiura (.hack//SIGN, Madoka animes) for movies and Shinji Hosoe (Ridge Racer, 999, Ibara) for in game music
Xeno 3 was sole Yuki Kajiura job.

Wish they'd keep Mitsuda for at least few major themes throughout the series.

Oh, and if you loved Xenogears, do try Soma Bringer OST, that's the closest thing to a Xenogears sequel music-wise.

the other thing that's weird from xeno 3 but may change at one point is that it feels too easy. been destroying every boss and every dungeon without effort so far :/

So I got an ending in cherry Tree High Comedy Club. Now I understand why there's jobs and skills. Since there's no way to recruit all six members unless you level up all the skills it seems. Gotta say though I have no interest to back to it anytime soon, unless the ending is just that good. Sure it was Persona Social Links the game but it was still a little bit weak.

However I started playing Thomas was Alone and i'm quite enjoying it aside from this one level that was just hell to go through.

It's much more than that too. There is no genre to describe it, though, unless we make "games that can drive you crazy" a genre.
It's sort of demon collecting, breeding and training, light combat, world domination and evil landlord sim (><)
