The fourth level with Cliffjumper was a lot of fun too. I loved getting through a good chunk of the level the stealthy way.

The only problem I've had with the game thus far (and a rather big one) is that it has a tendency to randomly crash. I haven't looked the Steam forums or PC Gaming wiki yet, so hopefully there is a way to fix that. It also likes to installs the VC++ redistributables in every startup, like they weren't installed before, so there's that.

Slimmed down weapon selection from Morrowind. Level scaling on enemies. Has an incredibly unintuitive and stupid level up system. Main plot quests are highly repetitive.

Is it actually downloading, or "downloading"?

It was bizarre. It started downloading the 24 gigs of MGR again despite the folders already being there. I went into the game folder and clicked the actual exe and hey presto, the game loaded up fine(awesome game so far btw).

I then proceeded to play the game for the last ~3 hours while, in my second monitor, I could see the game being re-downloaded by Steam O_O.

I'll try not to take offense But I agree. Their game management has gotten significantly better than it was over the last year or so, but it's still nowhere as nice and robust as it should be (obviously).

You might also think about checking out Skulls of the Shogun.

Oh yeah, I got that for free in the Autumn Seal coupon promotion. Might have to check it out.

Episode 1 or 2? Episode 1 somehow sucks nearly as bad as Sonic 06, but Episode 2 is actually pretty okay. Not awesome, but it's about as nice to play as, say, the Rush or Advance titles.

Ep 1. It looked like some fanmade flash game and controlled even worse. I wonder which intern put this mess together.

Ep 2 looks much better but now there's also Tails. I just wish it'd let me actually play the game instead of giving me the opportunity to push a button every 30 seconds.

Well one massive benefit of so many clean installs is that new found boot speed. Plus putting Steam on a separate drive is magical how everything just works afterwards. Bizarrely so does Uplay to an extent, though we don't talk about that do we.

So easy to totally fuck yourselves over at later levels it's just best not to sleep to level up at all unless you get a laid out plan. Oh and whomever thought about acrobatics increasing as you just travel around was a plonker. You have to either get a horse or crouch walk everywhere with certain builds.

Apparently you have to hit lock-on and cancel to control the camera effectively.

Yea, I think I was having trouble with it with or without lock on, I just get stuck behind objects or near walls.

damn game defines min/max - ing. I actually prefer Skyrim's leveling vs. Oblivion.

While all TES games have had a 'you are what you play' mechanic to their levelling, Morrowind still had the feel of a character sheet. Skyrim in the other hand seams to lean more on a perk based system and Oblivion is the bastard child of both and just doesn't work as intended.
