Well narcissu is pretty minimal so you won't see much of the characters even if you don't like their designs and the only other thing I think you should know that it's about two terminally ill people refusing to just sit in the hospital waiting to die. This was always free as part of a project so it hitting Steam is just another way to get it.

When I say the designs, I mean that characters tend to look underage and sexualized regardless of the story they're in. This doesn't sound like it will be the case here.

The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod is the one you are looking for. Really awesome game, even without that tho.

As said before, Sith Lords Restored Content Mod. It makes one of the best RPG's ever made BETTER. There's also a mod that adds back in the cut world M4-78, but I don't think I'd recommend it. The pacing felt off and the areas are far to big for their own good (most of the time I spent on that world was walking). It does have a brilliant storyline in it, but you'll have to trudge through some pretty dull stuff to finally get to it.

I'd jump in now. There's not really a reasonable ETA on Live being patched out soon, and Dark Souls is pretty replayable.

Just be sure to grab DSfix.

They've added achievements to the base game and chaos rising but they are not unlocked yet,so I imagine it won't be long. Same thing happened when they striped gfwl out of Bioshock 2 and Arkham Asylum.

The registry app has not been touched in two months.

That doesn't preclude the game being worked on, it just means we have no idea when the patch will come out.

I find it hard to believe that Namco would fund the removal of GFWL on Ace Combat, but not a game with the massive success of Dark Souls. Albeit, Souls will be a more difficult proposition as there is a convoluted online component.
