Worst part about iDLEM@STER? The million emails you get once you sell the ton of cards you've gotten =/
Ubisoft's pricing.What is a joke?
If anything NOW is perhaps the best time to bring your more popular series. Trails in the Sky Chapter One was a top seller on both GOG and Steam, even if it was for a few days. Hopefully this'll encourage more Japanese devs to give Steam the light of day.
However this should NOT mean that devs should flood Steam with their titles simply because not everyone is gonna buy all your big titles, and thus you need a set schedule when it comes to relasing your games.
Take the Disgaea series for example; as is there are 4 main entries, and if NIS decides to release the series on Steam, they'd need to put gaps between the release of each game to not exhaust the consumer.
OR... Release Disgaea 5 with the rest of the games attached. Like a collection. Charge 60 bucks. Bam!
Anyone having trouble redeeming the Humble Weekly Bundle games recently? I keep getting a try again later message.
No, game is amazing, and you can use the bus so that drives are shorter.
They are not, driving it's part of the fun of the game, why would they make it optional by giving you a teleport? The bus locations are terrible and you still have to do a ton of driving.
just completed transistor.. wow.
One of the best $13.99 i've ever spent
This is one of the negatives of SteamGAF: We're a bunch cheap shmucks.
Is any of the SR4 DLC worth it? Seems mostly cosmetic?
does it cost money for a dev to add trading cards to their game ?
I'm wondering why some old games have trading cards and some don't.
If I were a dev I would definitely add cards to my game if I could.
From what I was told you only really need to do Natalia's first Gigilo mission since it nets you an important subweapon. The game is tons of fun though and is just oozing style. The graphics and art style are really well done for the game and the fighting is very easy to pick up.

It doesn't coest them anything (other than time) and they get a small cut of every market transaction. I'm more confused why so many newly released games do not have cards these days.

From what I hear people talking about, I know I will hate this game with intense, fiery passion. To the moon?
Sweet. I will put this on my "play soon" list, thanks.Skyborn took me 14 hours and it's good.
Completed Thomas Was Alone (my 9th perfect game). Easy and very hard to miss achievements. Below are some other impressions....

Far Cry 2 is one of the best shooters ever, but it's a very diferent style of shooter.

Yeah, right now in your region. The top 10 lists Bluesnews post are the best-selling games of last week and they are provided by Valve. Ordered by revenue rather than units.
World wide or US region only?

Don't forget Mega Man 8 and X4.
Seems like noone in the oculus rift thread wants a free game that supports oculus rift so I post it here:
So the PC version of Alpha Protocol + controller is the definitive version. I got the ps3 controller set up and tested it last night. It's much better than m+kb; the issues with random spikes in sensitivity are diminished, and the hacking minigame doesn't feel like playing QWOP over OnLive with a bad connection. If you were interested in playing that game I would highly recommend you get a controller to play it.
-----
On the topic of ps3 controllers, does anyone know of any steam games with controller support that actually switches out 360 inputs for ps3? Playing AP made me realize how confusing it can be situating yourself with a new control scheme that references a completely different controller.
just get the season pass

What would be a fair price for something like that?
hmmmm!
I was expecting a serious sci-fi, story-heavy game. By following a couple links found myself somehow at mangamer's adult section (which is the bulk of their offerings).Damn... I never thought I'd be wanting to buy a visual novel on Steam. Chou Dengeki Stryker:

I'm not even upset that the erotic sections are being removed for the Steam release. I'm sure it will matter for some folks.
Congrats on your birthday! Accept friending, yo.yeah
So, I've played a bit AC4...man, this is boring. Not boring as AC3, but anyway boring.
I hate the main character, I hate the fact that during the first two act I already did 3 "catch him" sections, I hate the "kill that iguana" to make a bag.
I hope the game would be better, because until now it's a recycle fiesta.

For Disgaea 1-3? $15-$20 per game. TiTS was released for the first time in 2004, Disgaea in 2013.
That whole TV, Movies and Music was part of their SteamOS pitch back then, so I'm not surprised.
