I keep forgetting I have this game; going to hold off because now I'm up to 60 installed games on Steam alone, and my completion rate's been shit for the last month or two.

Huh. First time I've ever been called out by a developer (the guy who developed 8-Bit Adventures) for writing a (positive) review.
I don't need to "look to other reviews" - I already read through the handful of them (and looked online for other reviews) before writing my own. What I'm not clear about is why they took the New Game Plus mode out of the remastered release when it was in the original version I played.
Usually, when I see someone write that, I know they're full of shit and don't have an answer.

Interesting premise though, RTS+TPS. Will it be able to surpass the gold standard Battlezone II? Doubt it.
I'm really surprised that a game in this day and age does not have full gamepad support. They will reach their 225k but over 550k for full gamepad support will be a tough one.
It will unlock, don't worry about it.

I think we discussed this a few days ago, and the answer is probably similar to one of the reasons Corpse Party PC is taking so long. XSeed may need more hands on deck for their PC ports and they're probably doing a lot right now, look at the number of projects they have under their belt currently.

Oh well, I have faith that the game will be released this fall. Gives me enough time to clear up a few games on my backlog.

Thanks! I also went from a 23 inch to a 27 inch screen. I use two 24 inch monitors at work, but this is still blowing my mind.

I don't see what is wrong with this ad. It's a pretty accurate depiction of using MSI products. Though it would be even a better fit for AMD.
