A similar upset happened in '13. Journey was sweeping, then Dishonored won GotY.

I'm waiting on some of the other NT clones which seem better. I tried NT for a bit and I usually don't complain about frame rates (it's locked at 30 from gamemaker) but damn if it was hard on the eyes and giving me a headache from playing it. And I normally don't have problems like getting nauseous from low FOV or low fps.

Whilst I don't know if it's true or not this is apparently Death To Spies 3 under a different publisher and using a different name according to a youtube comment in the youtube video below. Looking at it I was reminded of the DTS3 demo I played a long time ago. Hopefully it turns out well anyway.

Played some Killer Instinct, for fighting game fans it's definitely something to keep your eye on when it hits PC. I was just screwing around with Riptor but it was a lot of fun. Not to mention the announcer can make matches pretty hype.

Did the story mode with riptor and now might end up buying the seasons by the time the third season hits.

*This is impressions from someone still learning the ropes, since it plays differently from the fighting games I am used to.

you'll be waiting a while. they've said plenty of times it won't go on sale till a while after the final release is out and the game is still in pretty early early access (tho it's already a ton of fun and "complete" in some ways)

Aside from the one I saw given away earlier in this thread, I doubt there is one. Most of us already own it, and considering how we are about deals...

That Eitr date is so specific that it makes me think the year is off. If it were really September 1st 2016 they probably wouldn't even have a Steam page or just have a year listed.
