Doesn't that annoy you, given you are first and foremost 'horror aficionado' and/or 'game developer'?
Could be worse.
Eurogamer quoted one of my posts on GAF and then outed my real name right afterwards without contacting me.

If you want Wuppo for cheap, the Trashdump bot currently has 2 75% and 1 90% coupon in its inventory (snagged a 90% coupon myself).
Trashdump bot? How does it work?

Go to the profile page and click on send trade offer and then select what you want. Got a couple coupons thanks to learning about this today (someone just beat me to the Wuppo coupon I think )maybe a newby question, but how exactly do you take something ? :/ I thought you could only donate stuff, not take
.Anyway! If you like shoddy Wizardry ripoffs that overpromise on everything but more or less deliver some dungeons and places to explore and items to puzzle over, and you don't mind giving your money to an insane white supremacist, then you should buy Grimoire Heralds of the Winged Exemplar. I can't say you should buy it if you like Wizardry, because those games are too good to really serve as a measuring stick. This is a game for people who have exausted every CRPG series already, for people who struggled through every other game there is. This is a game for people who think insect noises that repeat every half a second, layered for every insect in a six-enemy stack so that they make you want to kill yourself, and which you can't turn off without also turning off the music because apparently coding SFX and BGM meters separately is too hard even for a Neanderthal Supergenius, are good and cool. This is a game for people who like Eye of the Beholder -- not the real one, the GBA one -- or I guess for people who really really hate Aboriginal people. If you fit both those descriptions, buy Grimoire immediately. You will never find another game as perfect for you as this one. Hell, maybe someday Cleve will add custom portraits and you can make everyone look like Pepe or something and then you'll never need to play another game as long as you live! Mazel tov!
Quiet City was weird.

Make a trade offer and it automatically accepts it. Don't take more than 10 items in a single day and try to give it something every once in a while
This guy is like the Trump of game developers, only with a bigger vocabulary.
The player is enjoying it, and to be fair it looks a bit enjoyable, even despite having some jank and some unintentionally hilarious dialogue (like villains being named "rude chaps.")
Not sure if it's 40 bucks of enjoyable though.
Wow, didn't know that crafted coupons could go as high as 90%! Do we know how the maximum coupon percentage per game is calculated? Do developers/publishers have any say?

Since we launched our Kickstarter and released the game on Early Access, We Happy Few has been priced at US$29.99. We have never put it on sale because we believe it isnt fair for someone to get the game at a lower price than a Kickstarter backer or an Early Access backer while the game is still in development. Since 2015, we have made clear that the price would increase as we approach the final release, and that time has - finally - come. On August 16, the price for the game will become US$50.99.
For anyone who has been interested in We Happy Few but hasn't bought it because it's in Early Access, price is about to go up:

There's tons of tips from players better than me available, but position and terrain knowledge is pretty much the most important factor in the final 2 circles. This is slightly less true in dedicated 1st person matches though, but in 3rd person it really often is whoever has the best position wins.
For truly open areas there's not a ton you can do aside from waiting as long as possible for everyone to pin each other down. Usually, if you don't know where anyone is, you want to wait in the best cover near the edge of the blue zone and only move in when you have to and have a better idea of where your threats are and where would be best to stop next.
ARs can beat Snipers as long as you don't let them land the first shot on you. Easier said than done of course Just playing a bunch and guessing how people will react to a certain situation is good too. My first win was because enemy and I were both in tiny circle behind vehicles next to other small cover, his was only a dacia though and mine was a UAZ so I knew when his Dacia started to smoke he'd need to make a break or risk dying to random explosion.
Recoil control and aim are super important for last 10 too, if you want warmup/practice, drop at the hotzones like School or Military and just go nuts. You die often and fast but you get some decent practice.
$50?

Did they even add a SP like everyone thought during that one E3.
Isn't it a SP only survival game?
I meant like a SP campaign. When they showed it off at the MS conference the beginning of the game made it seem like it had a full-fledged story campaign. But then ias you said everyone found out it was just a survival game.

Well that doesn't sound fun at all.

I just finished my first Visual Novel
While I was bored and annoyed with the first few hours, it eventually grew on me, especially around the midway point. If I were to continue to delve into other games in this genre, what would be some other recommendations? Keeping in my mind, most of my complaints about Steins;Gate game mostly revolve around stereotypical anime tropes.

Hey everyone,
We are finally (already?!) in August! As previously announced, we will be releasing our last public update for We Happy Few before its final release. The Life in Technicolour update will drop on August 16th! The update features new Joy effects as well as a brand new UI (still WIP), AI rework and much more. Look forward to the update video on the 16th!
But today, we wanted to give you a heads-up on some important information...
Since we launched our Kickstarter and released the game on Early Access, We Happy Few has been priced at US$29.99. We have never put it on sale because we believe it isn't fair for someone to get the game at a lower price than a Kickstarter backer or an Early Access backer while the game is still in development. Since 2015, we have made clear that the price would increase as we approach the final release, and that time has - finally - come. On August 16, the price for the game will become US$50.99.
We will explain everything in more detail on the 16th. As you can imagine, there is more to the story, and we are looking forward to sharing all the juicy details with you. We always do our best to be transparent with you guys, so we felt it was important to provide this pricing information with ample time for you to make a decision. And, just to be clear, if you are a Kickstarter backer or Early Access player, this change does not affect you.

I've just finished my first VN too, but while you played Steins Gate, widely regarded as one of the best VN games, I played Crystal City, which is basically... porn. Don't judge me, I got this game in a gaf giveaway and had no idea what I was getting into
While I'm sure the story in Steins Gate is way better, I guess VNs aren't for me. I was hoping for a game, but... well, it's called visual novel for a reason. I prefer reading stories in books, but yes, I totally get why people like VNs.

Planetarian and Umineko are one of my favorites. Saya no Uta is great too, but it isn't on Steam because of some H scenes. Keep in mind Umineko is very long (15h per chapter and it has 8) and only 4 chapters are available right now, but goddamn it has one of the beest stories ever.
Other than Fata Morgana, which everyone with good sense of mind will recommend, you should also try Nonary Games, Analogue, Long Live the Queen and Cupid.
I'll also throw my vote in for the House in Fata Morgana, especially if you're tired of anime tropes. It has less levity than S;G, it's a very dark story but worth going through the up and downs. Stein;Gate was the first VN I played so it holds a special place for me, I love the sci fi hooks in it. Stein;Gate 0 isn't on Steam unfortunately but you can get the Japanese PC version and download an English patch or play on PS4/Vita if you own either.
