think of it as future proofing your games, i did the same for some of my 360 and ps3 games so that if i sell one of them or they bite the dust i'll still have the game around to play

Did they ever fix the issues with State of Decay? Mainly the crushed blacks.
So much to buy today, I'm entered the sale phase when you begin worrying about it. State of Decay, one dlc for Dishonored, Counter Strike because why not, Van Helsing... and Lego Marvel on Amazon... uguu...

Really glad I picked up Trials Evolution Gold Edition. Aside from some occasional stutter, the game is really fun.

Anybody ever use GetGames.com? They have FFVII for $3 there and I'm thinkin' about it, but I've never heard of the site before.

I say wait on State of Decay, these devs are just gonna DLC factory the game. Also 50% off is barely anything. Wait for 75% for both the game and DLC.

If Dreamfall and the Longest Journey are currently not discounted at all is it safe to they won't end up in a daily or flash deal? Been waiting on the pair of them to go on sale forever. Does anyone recollect last time they were on sale?
I found Witcher 2 much less interesting than the first. Especially when it came to music.
They always go on sale. If its not on sale during the autumn sale then it will be during the Xmas/Winter sale (or summer sale for us below)

aside from the visuals and ost :
-the game is harder, merchants are more easily pissed off for example
-local coop and local deathmatch
-leaderboards and the daily challenge mode
-new items and enemies
-you can choose different characters to play (it's just a skin)
-hidden "true" ending (a bit in the same way than cave story, you can miss this ending but the game won't tell you explicitly face that it's not the true one)
also you can mod some of the assets in the hd version but i don't know if you could in the freeware too

The Dev is saying Steam are responsible for what is on sale? is that correct as I would of though you would have to ok the sale as the developer?

It's 100% the decision of the publisher or developer how cheap a game will be. See Capcom. Or the leaked letter. Valve only decides what games will show up as daily/flash deals.
Totally. Especially for that price. DLC is included as well.
The PC version, along with DSfix thanks to Durante, is worth it. It uses GFWL unfortunately but otherwise it's the best version of the game.
