I can't imagine RE2 being an upscaled PS1 game considering the engine for REmake and RE0 remaster is already there and could probably be used to recreate RE2 in that style

I'll do a quite write up review for it later since I got far into it on the 3DS ver.
One tip I can provid ethough is that you keep ANY upgrade points you earn even after a game over.

Is it no longer possible to bypass the 7 days trade restriction with the ssfn file? Or is it something else I need? I copied just that file and it didn't work. Have another chance on the laptop though, which I also want to reinstall. I did log in on steamcommunity first before using Steam with the SSFN file, does that have anything to do with it not working?

What the hell does one do with coins in a solitary game?o_O

If I'm going to play Solitaire on the computer, I'm going to dig up the old Windows 3.1 version haha, oh the hours I've spent with that one, that and minesweeper.

Well seeing as the vast majority of PS One games were rendered at 320x224, at 4:3 ratios with a PAR accounting for nonsquare pixels and then output at 640x480 also including overscan compensation a bit more effort needs to go into a straight up conversion for today's displays, especially regards to aspect ratio, safeareas/overscan regions, resolution and that we use square pixels for everything now. Of course seeing how the Mega Man Legacy Collection ignored most of this (and this was a collection striving for 'accuracy') I wouldn't put it past Capcom.

yea i know, re2 was one of my favorite games growing up

i tried playing it not long ago and yea, those spiders are really scary and make the game unplayable for me, sadly.

my phobias getting worse, should've kept doing therapy lol

I feel like my purchasing of those dual stick Halo shooters for $.10 over the black friday weekend on the windows 10 store sent microsoft the wrong message about how popular their services are on PC.

As someone that actually plays the dang solitaire game on a PC in 2015, y'all are wrong on this one.

I should pick up Regency Solitaire on steam so I won't feel the need to defend the windows version, though.

That's good to hear. Obviously there are ads somewhere though, or they wouldn't be charging to remove them. Are they just in the menus and such?

I played a bit of Microsoft Jigsaw the other day. I had to watch a full screen video advertisement for 30 seconds before a puzzle would load. Crazy.

Oh, yes, there's an ad in the bottom of the main menu where the paid stuff are and one on the game over page. Nothing you have to wait for, though. Yikes!

Anyways, now i have the time to play proper pcgames again, gonna start with dropsy tomorrow then.

Steam should do monthly subscriptions to offer better services for its users. I would gladly pay $50 a year to be able to play online with my friends.
