My opinions on the new additions I have played:
TIMEframe I found an enjoyable hour or so that it took.
Rituals is similar concept except I didn't enjoy it much at all.
Chromasquad is a cute little tactical-rpg-show-sim-ish game to play in small doses, I haven't finished it yet though.
Beat Hazard is fun if you have your own music to play super asteroids to, especially with a co-op buddy.

I got interested in the game by reading your impressions so I went to check the game and put it on my wishlist when I saw the ridiculous price in my country R$99,99. I thought it was some kind of error but one of the developers said it's this way to match the retail price (wut). Funny thing is the price was raised two weeks after the game releasing.
Even if the game looks interesting I'm not going to support these developers.

JaseC posted that it would come to Steam. Thankfully since the game deserves exposure.
Imagine: a card game with less randomness than the usual contenders, no mana-screw, apparently a bit of strategy depth, and great art and voices (maybe several lines per card, I'm not sure).

Yes, unless you set up the game to go into slow mode during combat and are on the easier difficulties perhaps.
Yes? It is a real-time-with-pause combat system. By its nature you will have to pause regularly to manage your actions / strategy / tactics to suit the situation and fights. You can slow down / speed up time when ever you want also should you need to.
Not on Story Mode.
(Which, arguably, is the best way to play Pillars, unless fighting hordes of trash mobs sounds like fun to you).

Is it bad whenever I get a random friend request, I go to check to see if one of their most recently played games is CS:GO, and if it is I will always decline the invitation?
In my opinion, those that play tons of CS:GO are trash Steam Friends

I get those all the time I just ignore them.
Isn't this because you enter for those giveaways that often require you joining steam groups?

I get a lot of random invites, sometimes it's GAF'ers, sometimes it's people who like my videos on YouTube, sometimes it's people who like my games I release on Steam, sometimes it's people who add me because I have a high Steam level and a shit ton of Steam games, sometimes people ask me because of posts I make places, sometimes it is groups (though I try leaving most after joining these days, I hate the notifications), etc.
So as I get so many I've come up with some strategies to deciding if I should accept or not. One is if CS:GO is in their most recent played games.

Some people have plundered a sportswear shop and a supermarket as a protest against the police after a policeman accidentally raped a young man.
A candidate for the presidential elections who is married to his former French teacher had to dismiss rumors that he was having an affair with a young man who owns some media.
Every week for the past month, there has been a revelation of a scandal regarding the guy who was the most likely future president and who was presenting himself as the most honest and law-abiding candidate.
All of this is helping the far-right party, and there are allegations that Russia might be behind some of these revelations.

Unfortunately you will likely get the opposite for everything - influx of everything whether good or bad.
What I am curious about is how this thread will handle it. Greenlight still provided an interesting point of reference for possible upcoming games. With Direct, they just all be on the new releases list and a lot of them - I assume many of which are awful (in greater proportion to now, assuming you are not looking at "Popular" New Releases.
What I am thinking - and hoping - is that the new Steam Client is way ahead of where we think it is, and that releases at the same time as Steam Direct, with a whole load of tools and controls for users to mess with it all

Ok additions to the Freedom bundle, I didnt have 5 of them and some stuff was actually in my wishlist for a awhile now (Team Indie, Timeframe and Shutshimi) and Grav was one of the survival games I had my eye on in EA (but recent user reviews make it sound like its been abandoned so who knows). Dangerous girls and Ballistick are the others I didnt have, but these additions were basically cherry on top really as I (and I assume most people) got it for the heavy hitters like Witness, Subnautica, Invisible Inc (and Stardew Valley but I had that one) so I didnt expect much to be added.
I'm actually surprised to see how many people here were waiting to see what was added to buy it, after the Witness really, it was clear whatever added would be cheap stuff.
