When they release the DC, it was using the old, unupdated code base, so some of the old bugs on the 1.0 release resurfaced. They have released updates on the DC though to address some of it, but it's not 100% yet afaik.

Flash, yes. I got them all that way.

Clear Sky generally goes on sale pretty often since it's the "last" one in the series, IIRC. But Shadows of Chernobyl and Call of Pripyt were both on sale in the summer.

It's not entirely unheard of for a game that lack a base discount to show up as a featured deal, but given the Early Access period began barely two weeks ago, I wouldn't expect it.

It won't be long before I stop buying games even on sale. This not discounting DLC while offering GOTY/full package at a discounted price is becoming more and more common. Buying the base game even at a discount is no longer viable choice if you eventually want the whole game at a bargain price.

I bought and activated a nuuvem key in Australia just fine, you shouldn't have any issues.

BTW JaseC, if they do decide to add region restrictions to retail copies at some point, how would that effect people who have already bought it?

I remember when 100 games was something before all the cheap(and some very crapy) bundles today i have like 250 and is just a cheap account for some.

The Summer Sale cards didn't have an expiry date and those who missed it can still craft the badges by purchasing the cards. Unless Valve changes its mind, the same courtesy won't be extended to the Winter Sale cards, presumably because they're tied to items.

Those who have already bought keys but are still waiting may find themselves in a difficult situation, depending on where they purchased from (e.g. Konami may deem it prudent to make a region-locked retail sub for Brazilian keys, which would affect international users who purchased from Nuuvem), however those who have already activated keys will be fine.
