More than likely I am and I hope I am, so apologies to anyone who is offended. Wish I had managed to get 100+ coal, 34 coupons and 5 games from the 60 achievements I had unlocked however!
Someone has explained to me that TF2 Farm accounts, which are legit and in good standing with Steam/Valve, may have helped some people (fairly).

I just know that my buddy Wesker did it completely honestly. Traded for his large sum of coal and had most if not all of his games from prior purchases. I'm sure people somewhere are doing it, but I think you'd be surprised how many people just buy extra copies of games to trade or gift.
