Nope. I can't even purchase the game as a gift anymore. If Rockstar has forced Valve to make India a separate region just because of this game I'm going to break something.
You can still buy the ROW sub.
I'm trying to go through my Steam backlog so I started up Lost Planet.
Eh, I can't say I'm disappointed since I got the game for two bucks during the holiday sale but I can say that I'm not liking it. The game is just really boring so far. Your character moves so slow which would be fine if your grappling hook was useful, but unfortunately it has a tiny range and can only hook onto a very small number of objects so navigating levels is really dull. The game is also really generous with the ammo and thermal energy so there's almost no challenge (granted I'm only at the beginning of the game). Maybe I should have set the difficulty to hard instead of normal, but I don't think there's a way to change it now that I've set it. The only enjoyable parts of the game are when you're fighting the larger enemies like the mechs or Akrids.
I've only played through the first two missions so maybe it gets better. If not, I'll just throw this onto the pile of games I don't plan on beating.

It tells you how long it would take to finish the games in your Steam Library and and in this time (instead of spending it playing your games) you could do other things the site suggests. I found it very funny for Jasec (more than 3 consecutive years of playing his games) since it told him to either die or recover from Ebola 24 times or learn La Campanella or learn 18 languages. Started Shadowrun: Dragonfall yesterday. Didn't realize I got the standalone version as well. Really enjoying the setting and whatnot so far (didn't play Returns). I went with a samurai to start off with. Wishing I went as a Decker or at least something with an ability that interacts with the world. All I've managed so far is to bust down a wall with my super strength.

Nudity would presumably be fine for the most part. Explicit sex scenes not so much.
Then again, Hatred would be a first when it comes to AO. So one may as well press uncensored games. This is not an big issue so far, since NekoPara works wonderfully without sex scenes (I almost would say it's better without) and IMHHW is censored by moenovel anyways, but I fear for future games, since there are quite a lot of VN's where the sex is essential part of the experience, that is generally a lot bigger than just a wank simulator.

It depends how it is portrayed. I mean some things we have in nukige VNs (like rape, hypnosis etc.)...

The F/SN tv series was funny in that regard. The scene was so weird.
You choose Nukige's, that is what you are going to get. NekoPara is more of a Moege and the sex scenes are in the background.
Nukige is fairly easy. If a game consists of mainly sex and mechanics revolve mainly upon sexual stats and meter's, it's a Nukige.
When Visual Novels are movies, then nukige are lame american porn movies. They are just there so people can fap.

It'd be doable if Valve had an account setting for age. If Valve wanted to be strict, it could allow new and current users to set their age without any strings attached, with changes requiring a valid form of id, and have any games flagged as "has_adult_content" be off-limits to those who don't have a payment method tied to their account (credit/debit card, PayPal, and so on).
Eh, at this point it really doesn't matter for me. It looks weird with more or less pixels and white.
It's honestly time anyways that they implement a working system for mature titles.
