Feels to me like he just doesn't trust his audience's which is kind of wrong.
I mean there's a DRM free version if someone REALLY want's to play it, it won't be hard to get a hold of anyway.
Yeah, but...it seems stupid. I doubt so many people do this, at least not so much to cause a problem.
In the end it is his decision, he is developer. People still have choice to get DRM Free version at least.
