Best game of 2016 as the early unlock for next month. That's pretty decent deal for people who don't have the game yet. And no, you don't need the DLC. In fact you shouldn't have the DLC for your first playthrough.

It's the only game from my wishlist present on the bundle (already own Trails, and I'm not really interested in the other titles, even if I could give them a try), luckily it's a Devolver game so it will be discounted soon.

Anyway, great value for the people who purchased the bundle.

Oh, as it turns out, for TiTS you chose either a Steam key or a DRM-free copy, not both.

It sucks but it makes sense. The TitS series didn't blaze on the Steam charts so gotta stop the key seller market to get some revenue. Plus I really do want TC and the other Trails games in English.

I would say it's better in almost every way, but there is some dumb stuff I modded to sort out. Also the last level may or may not still be horribly buggy, who knows. I can't see why I would go play the first over the second like ever though.

That doesn't make sense, because Vermintide turned a lot of people off (including me), they should have put Project Cars as the early unlock, and I would have gotten it.

I would say that is a general improvement. In top of that the people behind The Long War mod were hired by the developer to create a couple of official mods. And yesterday they announced The Long War 2.

That's a really great bundle. I had no interest in Vermintide so I was thinking about suspending my sub but I opted to keep it. Good decision; now I can give the gift of Trails in the Sky to a friend.

XCOM 2 in next month's bundle is unreal. Hope the rest of the games that month are worthwhile.
