Speaking of jobs, I got an offer for an internship starting in the fall :) Interviews are usually easy, just act like you know what you're talking about.
I had an interview last year and they asked me "if you could be any animal, what would you be?" I answered panda. Because I'm lazy. I didn't get the job

Good luck to you guys

The most I know and care about The Wolf Among Us is that it has some sexy nudity somewhere, no doubt due to its comic/graphic novel origins. Hit me over the skillet if I pretend to know shit about Telltale Games in the future!

I for one read your reviews. So if you were to do a "Briefly Played" review I would be happy to read them.
Thanks. I'll probably save my Steam reviews for stuff I've 100%'d, but I'll try to post impressions of stuff I've only beaten.

Unfortunately I'm not at liberty to say. :( Needless to say, it would be exciting news around these parts if I get the job.

Will Enhanced Nintendo eShop let me play 3DS games on my Chromebook?

Good luck with wherever you're interviewing!

Finally finished writing my short review of Valiant Hearts and posted it to Steam. Is it okay to post here or should I link to my steam review?

You can do BOTH!

Alrighty I'll put it up.

Valiant Heart Review: http://steamcommunity.com/id/huggerbearr/recommended/260230

Get the tissues ready, this game is a true tearjerker. Probably one of the biggest surprises of 2014 for myself, I had only first heard of and seen this game during the trailer that was shown during E3. Even during that time I had no idea how the game would play, but the interesting visual artstyle caught my eye. I played the game over a course of 4 days (1 chapter a day) and it played out well as each Chapter was broken into 6-7 sections each that would have you switching over the course of 4 characters, telling how their stories interweave with each other in a war ravaged time.

The game itself plays like many adventures games before it where you are tasked to use the enviroment and items around you in order to solve puzzles and progress in the game. I just felt something special about how they mixed the gameplay perfectly with the art sometimes during what you would think are cutscenes, are scenes you are actually playing yourself. Another surprise for me was how well they had woven the boss battles into the game, with each chapter having at least 1. In between the chapters where you are solving puzzles, you also have fun minigames that also fit perfect with the story being told, whether it's you being a medic and having to time presses to keep someones heart going so they don't die, or driving away from a whole bunch of bombs in a car minigame that actually goes along to the rhythm of the music. Just pure amazement all around for a game that I thought would be more just a story with a few interactive moments. There are even items to collect for those that wish to truly investigate each part of the world (I ended up with 82/100 collectibles) and each collectible has it's own history and write up in the menu section.

This brings me to the story of the game. It's really hard to say much without spoiling anything in the game. It's about 4 different lives all from different countries affected by the war, and their tale of hardship and friendship. The story will have it's high happy notes, but also very low times once the game is reaching it's conclusion. The ending of all things is what got me the most. Those who have finished it know what I mean, but just the fact that the finale is playable just adds that much more emotion to it. Also <3 Doggie

The game is done all the better by a amazing soundtrack, and the shining gem of Ubisoft, the UbiART engine. What you see in the screenshots on this steam store page are all actual playable portions in the game. The animation is just done so perfectly, and a game where the art can be so bright, vibrant and colorful is also to display huge emotions of despair and sorrow within the actual images itself. In fact most of the story of Valiant Hearts is told through it's art, and the short narration sequences at the beginning of each level. The characters themselves do say words in their native languages, but it's usually simple commands or just them being relieved, but they leave the storytelling up to the brilliance of the UbiART engine.

Honestly this is my favorite game to have been released so far in 2014, and was a huge surprise to me as I don't have much experience with Adventure games in the first place and didn't expect to fall in love with this game as much as I did.

I have my second interview at GameStop in like 40 minutes.

GL!
Power to the Players.

Wolf Among Us trailer tomorrow. Episode 5 already next Tuesday?

One reason I didn't buy the game during the Steam sale was because I thought they had JUST released episode 3. I had no idea it was already ending!
@_@

Anyone here with a gog account having troubles signing in?

Seems to be stuck loading, at least on my end.

I'd rather buy the old Humongous Entertainment games I played as a kid. Some Telltale people came from that company, big surprise that some of the key design philosophies went with them.
Know nothing about Telltale tbh, only that they working on new Borderlands, hope they won't turn one of my favourite games into point and click. Well Borderlands without dynamic shooting won't be borderlands.

What they REALLY need is a "buy all the DLC that's cosmetic for a pittance". I'd throw money at them because it bugs me that I have large gaps in their DLC lists... but they never discount them enough to make it worthwhile for me since, again, they're mostly cosmetic.

Is Killing Floor for €4.99 cheap?
EDIT:
Oh I guess so.
Funny how it says "Save 125% on Killing Floor".
Well, the complete bundle during sale for 5bucks was worth it :p
There's a lot more GIFs on our Tumblr: http://capygames.tumblr.com

What? You really should look into what the Telltale games are. Their Borderlands won't have shooting, that's for sure.

They are making Tales of the Borderlands which is absolutely going to be a point and click. What are you talking about?

So I have to go to work now. But when I get home. I'm giving away 4 copies of this very popular game.

Of course who I pick depends on whether they have the game on their wishlist or not and if they have been a good contributing member to SteamGAF and if they been a good friend to me.

I won't tell you guys what you what the game is. But its a great game :) so if you're on my friends list. I hope you have it on your wish list and that you have been a great guy/gal so far.

I promise it won't be Bad Rats
maybe.

Telltale doesn't really do point and click anymore, so don't worry. They're probably just turning Borderlands into a visual novel.

You will still have the Pre Sequel this fall to quench your Borderlands thirst.
