Sounds like you finished most of the game, it's incredible though. I'm going to finish it up today.

Oh wow, it seemed like there was still a lot left... I definitely had a blast playing it.

Easily a contender for game of the year. Everything about it is pretty great.



4-5 levels is only really like 1/3 of the game.

Shovel Knight is seriously amazing! Everything about the game is very polished and the controls are tight. It truly feels like playing an old Megamen/Castlevania/Metroid game or Zelda II, but it definitely doesn't feel dated like breaking out one of those would. The soundtrack is worth it in itself.

Glad to hear that. I felt the same way about it from what I played! I definitely got those same vibes, especially zelda 2 (which I loved)!

Installed it to play Orange Box, then got Half-life for 0.99 or something ridiculous cheap like that, Audiosurf for 75% off and Vampire for 75% off, it only took a mere few months until I was converted into PC DD world.

Hear it in the news often. Whole southern europe is in a huge economical crisis. Wish you the best! Middle/North europe should help those contries instead of pushing them into a tighter corsett. We can not only easily afford it, but we gain a lot of economical power by using the weaker countries in the eu. I can see why merkel is getting unpopular in the eu.

Ahh, I remember the old days fondly. Those days where you couldn't add a gift to your inventory and re-gift it. This lead to many people who very much did not want a copy of Recettear receiving a copy of Recettear. Joke gifting (sort of like this Bad Rats nonsense) was much more popular and fun back then.

Me. Preordered the HL2 CE, shipping was late a month and the box was all messed up, and it was a pretty shitty CE as well with just a crappy t-shirt. I think I still used 56K modem to connect to Steam back then and it was painfully long for me to get to play HL2.

It was worth it though, I love almost every minute of the game. But I uninstalled steam right after finishing it and never look back until the summer sale of 2010.
