The International. They had to move the Dota tournament up to July instead of August to accommodate a larger venue. The 18-22 dates are smack in the middle of the traditional sale time, and even if they are different teams, i'm sure Valve wants to tackle one mammoth thing at a time.

If the MB- codes didn't change they don't need to enter again. If the MB- codes changed they need to enter again. Entering twice doesn't disqualify you, it just doesn't qualify you twice so there's no reason for people not to try to enter again if they're having anxiety attacks about it.

Incest isn't so rare worldwide I'd assume as people imagine, not on full siblings level, but on cousins level it's not that uncommon, as far as I know.
