Is Cook, Serve, Delicious best played on a controller, kb, or kb+m? i'm trying to decide if it's a good game to play on my Macbook.

It plays fine with kb+m, mouse mainly used for selecting different options, as in choosing what food to use on the active menu, etc., keyboard used for the actual recipes.

Yeah I really like using the KB/M controls for the game as a bit of a combo. Last time I played though I got used to all the keys and was doing pretty well with just keyboard alone. Those Rush Hours though >_>

Keyboard is the way to go unless you like to make it more challenging, and you really don't want that, trust me.

An interesting experiment of Cook, Serve, Delicious as played by Guitar Hero/Rock Band instruments would be something. to behold.

They should make a rapid typing game that's also a cooking simulation.

So you're typing out the recipes and gradually the food manifests itself, but if you screw up your typing you start throwing the wrong stuff in the pot or salting too much.

Cooking of the Dead. 10/10, would play.

Or Cook, Sever, Deadlicious! Either name would work.

A Star Trek game where you have to repair food replicators.

The Cooking of the Dead ;)

Apparently it's pretty highly regarded but I've never played it.
But why do you have it then? Seems like too expensive to hit a bundle. Nice of you to give it away!

The barrier of entry is extremely complicated, I wouldn't recommend it if you don't want to commit. Excellent game though, between CK2 and EUIV you could keep yourself entertained for years.
The artstyle, music and themes are intriguing. I think I'll give it a try.
But wow, US-gaf is really going all in with the giveaways. Steam-Gaf during EU high times is a bit more quite. I'll try Dishonored and Infinite as well. Most peeps have it I take.

Also, people I have a 90% off coupon for Ultratron, so only 0,99$.
It'll expire in 5 days and I'll gladly give it to you. Just ask.

Aww, see? People love you and want to make you feel happy ^^

Hope you had a great time!

Also, no offense to FrenchGaf, but it's 2014, learn English already >_>

German peeps speak English.
Dutch, Swedish, Greek, Italian peeps speak English... Why don't you? :(

/rantover now I eat my banana

Edit: when's your birthday Tetsuo?

No, actually everyone should learn French. I, for one, will be able to join the superior French brotherhood soon enough. Only the truest of elite speak French on NeoGAF and you can join them, too! Avez-vous le courage? Tres bien!

I just jumped into the thread and I have no idea what Rhaknar's referring to. But it is true that I'm starting my French classes pretty soon.

Well my first foray into ETS2 went badly...I swear that off ramp had no speed limit posted...how was I supposed to know I wasn't supposed to go 90 mph (or was that kph...) down it.

Also, using mouse to control camera is kind of lame. I should probably set up my TrackIR.

Also, I keep getting cut off by Beemer drivers (or what looks like a BMW anyways).

Also, I have no idea what kph corresponds to in mph.
