I don't know why I didn't listen to everyone saying Gun Monkeys not being all that good. I'm never playing it again and unlike some people, I don't actually care for a +1 aspect.

The only really lucky foils I've ever had have all been anime girl foils. Those tend to sell for a good price of more than a $1.

I did get an Escape Goat foil that sold for a $1, not too bad.

If it's something you're going to vote yes on anyway (I already had) I don't really see the moral conflict as you didn't really "sell" your vote. :p

Jafar was fun. The only thing I missed from the first Risen was the pickpocket dialogue ("Heard any good jokes?" "Okay so a gnome walks into a bar--" "Heard that one.").

I saw the demon (or whatever) in the trailer, but still, where does it fit? Same with the magicians--
wasn't the source of their magic the titans?

Versus mode is a ton of fun. It's so much more fun playing as the zombies than the humans. Sadly I don't have LFD2 on the PC, so I cannot join in.

I just don't want to feel like a hypocrite for always calling out Who's Gaming Now? for pushing "free games if you greenlight them" while joining a group to get a game for free. Nothing personal against the game of course, and I don't care one way or the other if other people do that. It's just not something that I want to do.

Nah, there are plenty of gaffers who have done way more than me. I just love the steamGAF community and all of the generosity in here. Plus there's a much lower likelihood of being banned in here :)

Yeah it doesn't fit with Risen 1 or 2, but then again we had lots of changes from 1 to 2, though mostly in gameplay, like changes from bow/crossbow to muskets/shotguns, from magic to voodoo etc, Risen is constantly evolving :p --
it was and it looks like there's another titan war happening

Whoa, seriously? Is this an official thing? Like they got the rights from the original company?

A bootleg SNES game is coming to Steam. That's kinda crazy.

That's true. This is my last big giveaway till I'm done with fall preorders and my graphics card upgrade so I wanted to make it count. I'd like to say though that giving away stuff and seeing them go to good homes gives me more pleasure than buying stuff for myself

All this talk of resident evil 5 getting an update reminds me that I still haven't gotten farther than the first boss in that game.... So what do I do? Load up resident evil 4 and play that for the next hour :D
