Watch_doge is a total by the numbers snore-fest with an "open" world with fuck-all to do in.
Wolfenstein is a pretty interesting stealth/shooter mix.

I manually do them every so often and I've been a bit behind lately, but for some people they don't want to wait.

and thats a wrap on Wolfenstein New Order. Great game, but not the masterpiece its being hailed at by some people (in my opinion of course), it has some weird pacing issues, and some ridiculous difficulty hikes for no reason. Also, for a game with so many cutscenes, including some optional ones, its disapointing how short the actual ending is.

Still, well worth the
sale
money, and I enjoyed myself even if it overstayed its welcome a bit.

Judging from Valve's earlier games, yeah (e.g. HL2's sub just has a single content depot and the French base for Episode One). From my own experimenting I've concluded that the LV flag is imposed at the time of activation, so if a German user activated, say, HL2 while using a US VPN, they'd receive the uncensored version. Similar to PDIC I suspect this glaring flaw is the reason why the flag fell to the wayside in favour of region-specific subs.

The General consensus on Watch Dogs seems to be an overall mediocre experience.

I've heard so many positive impressions from people on Wolfenstein. Seems to be a breath of fresh air for AAA shooters in many respects.

That GMG shit for L4D is funny.

L4D 1 and 2...they're both $9.99, but you can buy them both in a bundle for $7.49. Usually bundles save you a few dollars. In this case, it saves you about $12.50.

Thanks Stump. Though I do wonder about the ethics of scraping my unclaimed keys full well knowing 80% of them don't work or are dupes. I'll leave them be. It's not like they're nagging me or anything.

There's a thread in OT where a certain Mod changed the name to something like "Stumps DBZ power level comparison comic showdown bonanza!" despite that being a load of porkies. That's the one you need to look out for.

No ethical issues, all the garbage giveaways from now on will use the garbagedump rules and won't count for anyone, so the absolute worst you'll be at fault is wasting 3 seconds of someone's time when that person will be warned in advance that their time is likely wasted.

Anyone had a chance to play Lantern Forge yet? Looks like an isometric Terraria and we desperately need some quality titles in the genre.

This year has been a real bitch for me regarding system requirements, not just the system itself but the resolution too as with Sunless Sea.

A browser extension that periodically checks IGBW's Keys Added page (say once every six hours) and coughs up a notification when a game has been added would actually be rather neat, come to think of it.

There does seem to be a small problem here and there with the list lagging behind when keys are added over a weekend or holiday (the site definitely needs a few more regular contributors), but otherwise it's updated often enough.

I was surprised at the lack of Rising on people's wishlists earlier, either everyone has it or people dont update their wishlists... which is funny because of reasons

I've decided the only right way to obtain a game is through the divine word of modbot. I scrounged up card money last night, bought MGR:R as a gift and gave it away, and entered for my own giveaway. If modbot finds that I am worthy, he will award me the game. His word is absolute.

Perhaps I upset him.
