I actually try to play as many games with cards as possible, but with so many bundles they keep piling up making it pretty much impossible.

That said I really enjoyed my time with Cook, Serve, Delicious! and will definitely spend more time with it.

On the other hand while playing Warlock 2 I kept myself asking: Why do I play this and not Civ 5? Really hard for a clone to be relevant with the existence of an already near perfect entry in the same genre.

MGR slowly installing... up to 4.9/23.7GB.

Sorry to hear about your car accident Shadownet, I hope you feel better soon. So many times on the way to work I've almost had similar accidents where people decide to just lock up their car on a fast section of road, thankfully I've either pulled up in time or managed to dodge into the breakdown lane!

Oh I didn't even think about that. I guess today is Fallout day specifically. Its been so long since I've played Morrowind on xbox, need to get it on PC with those mods.

Yeah, when I was a wee lad, that's what they told my parents (no sleep for 24 hours!) , but I've lived through the shift, and since a while, they just go "eh, wake him up every hour or two and see how he's doing".

Perhaps they docs have given up on me, or perhaps it's like poison: the more you take it, the more resistant you become to it ;)

Those Morrowind shots are tempting but I cant buy it right now. I've done enough damage to my credit card as it is. Steam sales and giving away like 8 copies of Abyss Odyssey left my wallet dry. Also had to pay the shipping of RMA for my laptop ($61)

Ugh I need a job so freaking badly to keep up with Steam and keeping a healthy huge backlog.


BTW Im back with my baby (Laptop) which I forgot to report.

Soooo, a little out of the loop, is the rumored Destiny Steam database leak legitimate? Playing it on PS3 thanks to a lovely GAF member and the art direction has me head over heels but playing a FPS with a controller not so much.

Get a job, then you have an excess of disposable income, but not nearly enough time to play all of the games you want.

It's the cycle every gamer goes through.

I'm more an idea guy and suck at art so again, it's using stuff like the free assets available for Unity and messing around til you get an idea how to do it yourself.

Basically, trial and error and trust me, I'm only at a hobbyist level but do plan a release in a couple of years so I can't imagine the amount of crunch guys who do it for a living go through. Nice to take things at my own pace without any pressure.

Music I have a friend who is a composer so that's covered.

Game itself is an RPG with the art style and exploration of Wind Waker with the option of Zelda style combat or FF style turn based, currently working on a third option of both which, if I can get it working will auto queue additional party members attacks/spells whilst you focus on the hand to hand combat.

It's got Mass Effect style dialogue options and consequences and one of the main mechanics involves elemental effects as certain characters have affinities which can be used alone as spells like Ice or can be comboed with somebody who can who can use Aero style powers. When used together they will make Blizzard. Lots of funky little combos like that with different effects through light/dark/wind/water/fire and a multitude of combinations of them.

Will also be adding companion pets so to speak in addition to party members, think like Pokemon. Best example I'll give is imagine a character like Bulbasaur who, he's a plant, with light he will grow stronger, with wind he could blow spores and there's many things you would be able to do with it.

Anyway it's late and that was an incoherent mess but meh :p

Basically, it's everything I love in RPG's mish mashed together with different mechanics. It will probably never get finished but meh. I'll make beta available to everyone when it's nigh on ready. None of this Kickstarter or early access bollocks.

If there just was a program which didn't require any coding knowledge, more like an elaborate "level editor" in which you could make your game vision come true easy.

Divinity OS combat system has ruined turn-based RPGs for me.

I've started to play Shadowrun as my DOS coop partner will be busy for some days, and oh god, the combat feels *so* bland. On the roleplay side is pretty nice tho.

And that sucks about the tf2 store. I'm trying to get on to buy something so I can increase my inventory limit, but I don't want to download the game since I have a bandwidth cap.

No. Release dates aren't mention in the registry unless a game has a store page with said detail, and if the game had a store page this would be reflected on SteamDB's history page.

Haha this is so true. Recently employed, and now I no longer wonder if I can afford a game, but if I will ever have time to play it.
