I don't think so. Black Flag had a similar issue when it launched with the DLC unlock messages popping up every time you started the game, which was particularly annoying in my case as I bought the DDE and Season Pass.

First Chapter of the visual novel will release on Steam later this year, you can also buy the original game with the updated translation from their website, and people who bought the original game from their website will get the new translation and updated version at no cost at all.

That's what I'm saying. The reason it doesn't feel very much like Arkham is because it's not nearly as tight, fluid or complex as the original. It still plays very similar though. Just a lot jankier and slower.

What is this game?

I feel as though my time in AC3 is at an end, I finished Black Flag and fired up AC3(I don't entirely care about the whole overall story because it is rather shitty). Been busy trying to burn through as much of my backlog as I can over this summer before Fall Semester.

Combat is much better in 3 than 4 though. Ubisoft make terrible open worlds imo.

Side note: I have a new relaxing game. Witcher Adventure Game for pre-ordering on GOG. Just need a mouse and the music is relaxing, best way to unwind although the games can take fucking AGES!

I'm quite seriously considering buying a $200 Windows 8 tablet to use exclusively for Steam Streaming, is this insane or otherwise irrational behaviour y/n

YAAAAAS! All new art and everything, seems different from the PS2 assets as well! UGUU I'm so happy it's finally coming! Was so hard to get through the ipad version with how everything originally looked.

On one hand - great, the original art was beyond atrocious. :)
On the other - confirmed no keys for Grouupes bundle buyers. :(
Also Unity and not Ren'Py? WTF?

I still smile when I think of the times before SSD drives. Biggest single upgrade ever in my nearly 25 years of building PCs. 3D graphic cards were nice too but I jumped on the 3D train with Voodoo 1 so that wasn't as mind blowing as going from HDD to SSD.

Also trying to use or fix someone's laptop with a regular HDD? Pure torture. We should just burn every computer without an SSD as the main drive.

Wait and see what pops up on Woot. They had a Windows 8 tablet (with an atom processor) for like 120 bucks the other day.

Even I was tempted.
