Could Dunder or someone keep updating the list of people who wanna play which game? I gotta take a quick nap. I'm running low on energy.

AHAHA I too spent an insane amount of time trying to figure out how to approach the
Immaculate initiation path full of truck-sized level 15 spiders while I was still level 10 or so, until I actually had to search on Google how to take down the barrier, as I had already explored the trapped path and my perceptive character didn't find the mound - even tho when I went back she found it immediately :/ - and I would have never ever gone back there to check a second time.

Actually, I never played the original. I saw a playthrough of this a few years back, and loved the whole "cloak while taking out enemies in the city" aspect. The campaign looked pretty good too. I am excited to jump into it.

In that case you can play it after 2 and appreciate the things it does better. ;) The game definitely takes a bit of a dive once the aliens show up, though. Crysis 2, for all its faults, at least has a structurally consistent campaign.

Except that the city in Crysis 2 is basically a corridor.
A wide corridor, but still a corridor... full of bad gameplay.
(But don't listen to me, I'm just grumpy)

I just tried to give Unearthed an honest shot. It was testing my patience with the terrible controls and even worse animations, but when a character says "you're the one who always liked to raid tombs and unchart new mysteries in video games" I had to quit out. "Unchart mysteries"?! I can't even

In this event this weekend, it shall be decided who is SteamGAF's Champion Lord of the Scrubs in Super Street Fighter IV AE. Your champion lord will be bestowed the most glorious award, the Belt of Glory, to wear on their avatar and flaunt for all time! Or till next Showdown, where others again have the chance to attain such glory, and could part the champion of their belt, returning him or her to lowly scrubdom.

The event will start at 8:00pm EDT, and will begin with an hour of free-form Endless Mode matches, so everyone could get a feel for the game if they are new or returning. The tournament will start at 9:00pm EDT. Entrants for the tournament can submit their bids in the group chat during the showdown, and we'll coordinate multiple brackets if attendance justifies it. Endless Matches will resume after the tournament.

Add me or MarcoZombieCannon to be invited to the group chat at the start of the event. Streaming will occur at my twitch channel and optionally at MarcoZombieCannon's.

Ugh. I just hate that sort of attitude, and I wish we could get away from that crap on GAF.

My own feelings about the Russian game trade aside, I just don't think there's any reason to call someone a piece of shit for having different moral standards than you. I mean if we were talking about murder, racism, or even actual theft it wouldn't bother me so much. But this is taking advantage of a loophole to save a few bucks, which is hardly some nefarious crime. If you want to make a case for the damage that can cause, please do, but leave personal attacks on people's character out of it.

Wow, lol. All my PSN and XBL purchases from US region because that's way cheaper and i successfully dodge awful forced localizations this way. Who is losing? I simply won't buy a game at my local fullprice and will wait for sale or something....so no money from me to dev/publisher. If i buy it from another region here you go money received day 1, all happy.

Level 2 was a bit of a bump for me too at first before I learned to be not rush forward. No need for that as there's not time limit. Good to know you like it.
