Freedom Planet is out, grab it if you really enjoyed platformers on the Genesis/Mega Drive.
...especially if the game is price matched/properly converted in your currency.
EDIT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fMEmcVRNZvI <Launch trailer

I would buy every Collector Editions if I could play this.

China setting Ass Creed would be something of a wasted potentiel if it suffers from the usual Ubi open world shenanigans.

My country? :D

Sadly I don't think where I came from is as interesting as China or Japan. Saved for when the French occupied it, and then the Japanese.

I thought vietnam's historical baggage was with cambodia?

I'm not too fresh on the history but I think that might have been a while ago. During World War, it was the French and Japanese.

The Crew beta key aka demo access just popped into my mailbox. Now if uPlay would finish updating...

I personally think an AssCreed set in Nazi Germany during the second world war would be awesome, lots of potential.
Probably a bit too dark of a setting for the series tho.

Nope! haha they have tons of Chinese influence! They were a tributary state to China at one point (then again who wasn't! haha even the West was at one point!)

You'll be surprised! I took an undergrad module on Classical Empires in South East Asia and Vietnam has tons of stuff!

let's just drop this to get everyone's attention! Ancient Vietnamese history celebrated a female warrior who had 1metre sized boobs! (she was a heroine for repelling the rebel or Chinese forces)

A Fish Aficionado

I am going to make it through this year if it kills me
By using interesting settings and times for ass creed, you are ruining potential because they're going to be ass creed. I don't want sequels.

Setting a game in North Korea could be interesting. Or a stealth game about a downed pilot making it through occupied China in WWII.

There are so many settings that are unused because the gaming industry tends to be influenced by the same pop-culture references (Star Wars, Star Trek, Tolkien etc.)

Germany has "shit porno"...

Germany should have "ALL THE SIMULATIONS. ALL OF THEM."

Binary Domain doesn't want to play nice with my old Dual Shock 2 and x360ce, and I'm ready to give up at this point. Wanted to play through it with a gamepad, but I'm tired of messing with it. Probably going to just play something else tonight instead, and either poke at it a little more tomorrow or say screw it and play the game with kb/m.

Sounds like a ripoff of Behind Enemy Lines

I think these questions have been answered before but.

1) can a Steam Wallet card be redeemed outside of the US?

2) can Steam Wallet Fund be transfer to another account?

Why you no have 360 pad? C'mon, man.

Normally people transfer Steam Wallet funds by buying/selling cards from one account to another. Though Valve will still get that 10% by doing that.

Are you positively sure of #1?

If you're wrong, I'm blacklisting you from all my raffles.

I won't. :)

#1 is correct. Card codes will redeem anywhere (you can even redeem them via Games -> Activate a product on Steam rather than visiting your account page, which makes things a wee bit quicker) and if you're in a region where local currency is supported then the USD values will just be converted.

Thank you JaseC and everyone.

You know if you didn't do that Family Sharing giveaway, your tag might have been "Steam Support Representative"

Probably. But I really do want a stealth based North Korea prison escape game.

I could just drop you off in the middle of North Korea's jungle if you want to experience it that badly :D lol

Maybe with an "(lol)" at the end to avoid people PMing me about actual account issues. ;)

India still uses the USD here so it's the same.

I'd thought that the expanded local currency support would have been implemented before the Summer Sale, but we've reached the point where the Summer Sale would be underway even if it were in July and we're still waiting.
