It's rough around the edges and it was clearly made on a small budget but it's legit the best stealth game I've played in a very long time. You're a piece of shit goblin who's borderline defenseless, so it doesn't devolve into dumb action whenever you make a mistake. The level design is also pretty fantastic. It's the closest thing I've seen to a true Thief spiritual successor. It's a must-play for any stealth fan, imho.

honestly i'm kind of lukewarm about nier so i'd still lean towards mass effect but that game has so many question marks to it, so idk
