Kind of odd timing on the Fallout sale, they're usually part of the Halloween sale, I assume they either won't be included this year or won't be any cheaper than they are now or there's going to be some refunds.

I chuckled when seeing the 25% Hacknet Midweek Madness. The game's cheap to begin with, relatively new and certainly worth it but that's not enough to get people excited.
Some people were talking about Unity engine a few pages ago.
Dreamfall Chapters are having some issues porting from Unity 4 to Unity 5. Sounds like 5.2.2 is buggy.
No sign of it here in Finland. We don't have local amazon, but couple local retailers are still selling it and listing the release date as either 3rd of November or 26th of October. I noticed that Finnish xbox.com also doesn't have it on their accessories page yet. Keeping in mind that Microsoft put Finland in the tier 2 who got the console almost a year later, I'm kind of little worried actually that Finland's going to get fucked again.

3/4's of the way through Saints Row IV. Cleared all of the openworld activities, collected almost every collectible and just have campaign and DLC missions left to complete. SRIV has been such a fun ride. Kinda worried about what I'll play after I burn through this and Gat Out Of Hell.
Doesn't look like a widespread problem but it's still affecting others, I'll take some comfort in that, I guess.

22, but I don't think uplay has ever really grabbed all my 360 data for some reason. Just you wait until I start replaying all AC games on PC.
I should look into the whole Steam account linking thing, I have like 2 uplay friends.
And the friend activity feed is just Dr Dogg doing his things.
I don't even know who the other person is.
And a week after Fallout 4, pretty much guaranteed I don't get Syndicate until next summer sale.

Why would anyone play a Bethesda game on launch? Why would you do that to yourself?
I'll rather wait for at least a handful of patches and two handfuls of mods.
I'm actually more surprised Unity and Rogue haven't gone firesale Ubi prices yet. I thought prices usually caved around 8 months in. Still nothing. Haven't bought them for exactly that reason.

Anyway, Bethesda games just scratch a certain itch for me. Regardless of how bug and issue prone they are, they're one of the few games I can sink hundreds of hours into exploring and screwing around, sometimes not even completing the main quest. I've got hundreds of hours in Skyrim (not all counted, sadly) and I've never even beaten the main quest line, which can be done in a few hours. So I don't mind playing them day 1, issues and all. Did it for Oblivion, Fallout 3, Skyrim and will do it again for Fallout 4.
Makes going back months later with mods and expansions that much better to see how it's been improved.

Yeah the weird dithering on the shadows is completely gone. PC version being cross play with the PS4 version is a blessing.

If you rank posters in this thread on most likely to buy Assassin's Creed games, hell rank most likely to buy UniSoft games, I am probably dead last.
That would explain my delay.
I think the new South Park game will be the only Ubi game to get a purchase from me despite the uplay integration.

I finally finished Black Flag last night, after owning it launch day for PS4 and getting around 60% then restarting last year on PC. I really enjoyed it, I got a free copy of Unity when I bought a hard drive last year, but I think I'll skip that and just wait for Syndicate since it seems to be getting great reviews. I would like to try Rouge but I wish it was on sale... it seems weird that it's not, right?

It's not exactly just the lack of choice that I dislike, I personally am fine with The Wolf Among Us and Tales from the Borderlands,
the fifth episode of these two moved the plot forward, while they don't have "ending slides", even though your choices weren't showed, the player knows the choices took place and did have a influence to characters in that universe.
a full reset, I don't like the idea of coming so far for nothing, that's why I didn't even entertain the idea of sacrificing Chloe, but what I got is still depressing as fuck. #baebeforebay
