If you shoot someone in the leg with the nail gun they limp away. Best part though is shooting them in the head and having them fly 50 feet and get stuck to a wall. Shotgun is amazing though.

Combat Arms is one of the older free-to-play FPSes. I only played it in beta so I can't say how it is now... probably rather bad.
