Quick question regarding SR4 GotC. I want to get that bundle via dispenser but don't want to get the RU version of the main game as it is region locked. Is there a way to identify which version of the game is being traded with that bundle? They claim it is region free, but I'm still skeptical

There's only one GOTC sub in use on the store, so you don't need to worry. That being said, it was possible to hover over the gift and see the precise sub name, but for some asinine reason the folks who run Dispenser recently decided to "streamline" the info box and now all you get is the game name and store blurb.

The GOTC app exists just for the sake of a store page; it's not actually included in the GOTC sub that's being sold.

MS didn't just kill it they made the xbox service and no support is offered for GFWL. I was looking for support but didn't get any!

Also I sent a ticket to unlink my Steam account from Playfire more then one week ago, still no answer.

Playfire's support would probably rank below Valve's at this point.

Speaking of Playfire... Has anyone had problems with it? I connected my Steam to it, but it says I have 0 games; I'm unable to get rewards by playing, and you can't even remove your Steam from it without contacting their support. :|

I've had a ridiculous amount of problems with it. Mainly because I already had a playfire account before GMG and it merged. They were tied to different email addresses which caused a mammoth of issues. They tried to finally merge them, and in the process messed my accounts up even more. Couldn't log into the playfire account. I contacted them about it and the guy didn't understand the situation and just removed my steam account from it. Eventually they realised there was a bigger issue and said they'd look into it but that was over a month ago.

Not been able to log into my account during that time to readd my Steam account, so I've missed out on all of the game bonuses and any free games. :I

11-12% boost for 900 series cards is pretty nice. My copy hasn't even shipped yet. Makes me kind of regret not being a 'scumbag' and get it through trading on the cheap instead of being 'honest' and using cheapo retailers.

I tried it again on my 970 and I didn't really see much of a difference in performance personally. Maybe a slight improvement, but nothing big.

I'm just glad they've apparently fixed the weird graphical issues that were happening at resolutions above 1080p.

No. Characters are just generic vikings. Not like there's a lot of cache in aping the 4th game in a series that's sort of middling anyway.

TF2 Halloween events are always so fun... I love the spell casting stuff and am a sucker for Halloween hats.

Its just sad that there wont be any Diretide tears this year, that stuff was so ridiculous last year.
The worst part about when Valve finally delivered it was that it wasn't even that much fun (at least to me), but same could be said about all of the dota 2 events i was part of so far. They are a nice change for a few rounds, but thats about it.

Honestly, i'd rather have scripted encounters as the Alien in Alien Iso seems so random that it made the game a frustrating experience for me. I don't wanna wait 5 minutes in a locker only to have the alien leave, then as i finally step out and am in crouched mode it returns for whatever reason and kills me. Not exactly what im looking for in a game.

Just finished extreme on korra, much more fast paced and fun than normal, camera could be a bit annoying at times but it's still a blast when you're taking shit out so fast with all your bending available and the charge time increase item. Overall it might actually feel easier at some portions due to that and the last boss didn't take as long with the attackx2 item and once I learned to run instead of trying to dodge that shitty chain shock attack garbage.

Still a few annoying sections that I didn't like, mostly fighting stuff with the poison around, fighting multiple giant blobs that block 90% of your screen, etc (even though I thought those big blobs were fun to fight), the Naga sections, the overly long button mashing (maybe it does the same damage either way, I'm not sure but I still mashed anyway).

Controls are responsive but I kind of don't like the small stun whenever you block, I don't think you could cancel that stun so I think I ate a few shock attacks when I blocked instead of countering and it makes the flow sorta weird. There are quite a few options with the combat and I think the bending is really cool and has some unique properties and variety, also being able to chain them however you want could lead to some cool ass shit. Some of the moveset and the way rolling works kind of reminds me of bayonetta.
