I know Shadow of Mordor is "NEXT GEN need 100gb ram" but can you run it on low settings with a GTX 660M? I have an alienware laptop and I can run skyrim and such decently on medium settings, I don't care at all about looks just want to know if I can run it or if I should wait until I rebuild.

Is that equivalent to a regular 660?
So a 2gb card?

I had high textures everything medium and ran it great.

Boss fights always suck in the batman games. Weren't almost all of the boss fights exactly the same in AA? I remember that they were almost all like the Bane fight.

Boss fights always suck in the batman games. Weren't almost all of the boss fights exactly the same in AA? I remember that they were almost all like the Bane fight.

The only decent boss fight in the series is Mr Freeze, and he's only good in NG+.

I hope it gets discounted on the inevitable Steam Halloween sale. Regional prices down here for Steam make it even cheaper than that, and I actually want the game. I wanted to wait for the GOTY version, but I doubt it'll get one.

from what i've read, the second one is less zelda and more loot driven. Haven't played it, but the consensus seems to point to it not being bad, but not being great either.

I didnt get very far, its not bad but quite repetative I found. Gameplay is similar to Zelda where you go in dungeons and have to beat a boss you get a map and compass ect. Definitely not a bad game and it is always so cheap.

I only played the console version, but general gameplay was terrible. Hated driving, though there's an item that allows fast travel, but it's pretty much impossible to know about without a guide. Made it 4/5ths of the way somehow.

Is Arkham Oranges+Cold Cold Heart worth $7.50?

Don't listen to RealityExists. Yes, Oranges is buggy and the challenges are the worst ones so far (not really bad, just meh), but everything else is superior to the other games. Origins > City > Asylum, IMHO.

I'm the guy that always says that would never buy any game that costs more than 5$… Well, I made an exception for Oranges + Season Pass, and I loved every second out of it.

I also have to say that the combat didn't feel weird at first. I read lots of gaffers saying that their timing was off coming for the previous games. Maybe it was because it had been almost a year since I beat City, but I didn't experience such thing.

Bad: the PC port is kinda hit and miss at points.
The "some might consider bad": The gameplay some might call janky, the voice acting bad and the graphics ugly.
Good: It's pretty much the perfect mix of Twin Peaks, Silent Hill and Majoras Mask. It's an unique and incredible experience. One of the best games ever.

I finished both games and IMO the Darksiders II runs out of steam about 2/3 way through, it's like they have to make the last third of the game in crunch time or something, very unpolished and uninspired compared to the first two areas. The game features fetch quest galore (always in threes) and way less complicated puzzles than the first game.

Having said that, I did have a good time playing it and it has better and smoother combat system than the first one. Also, Shadow of the Colossus type bosses are always a plus in my book.

The combat is definitive slower, it was a decision they made because Bruce was wearing heavier armor at that time. I didn't like the change, everything felt more sluggish, but one can live with it.

I enjoy it a great deal, but it does start to get content-heavy after a while. There's a weird bug for AMD processors I encountered in the DLC. Enjoyed the fighting quite a bit. Loot system wasn't super amazing, but I enjoyed it.

Imagine an open world game whose narrative is heavily inspired by twin peaks and its gameplay aspires to be like RE4, only it's got the budget of an N-gage game but is charming as all hell.

Its gameplay is fundamentally unsound in almost every aspect, yet it ranks as one of my favorite games from last gen. There's is nothing like it, and with D4 getting unceremoniously dumped onto the xbone with no support, it might be the last complete Swery experience for a long, long time.

Funny thing is that it really isn't "so bad that it's good" but more like "it's different that it's good". Sure, lower production values are a thing but still. I'd rate Harvester to the same category.
