I ended up just dropping Skyrim after putting a hundred something hours. Then again I did play on pstriple and the bugs were annoying as shit. Maybe I'll double dip in the next steam sale

I dunno, the PC version still has its glitches, though not as bad as the PS3 version so I've heard. I encountered the Broken Oar Grotto glitch just last night where your follower won't leave unless you fast travel to a specific place, so it was pretty irritating until I looked up how to fix it. Plus there was this, randomly enough.

I could fall through the world but then reappear on one of the three carpets I was the closest to when falling. It was weird.

Good god, I envy those speeds. I max at 7MB.

I generally hover around 12-14mb/s, but on the random awesome download server I've gone as high as 25mb/s. I seriously can't live with slow download speeds. 10mb/s is my lower-limit.

I'm interested if the actual install size varies from the reported size of the download. I would assume that it's compressed, but I can't say for certain.

Should be done in about 30 minutes at this rate, so I'll let everyone know.

My DL speeds are weird. I get 12mb/s on my Laptop, and 800-900kb/s on my PC - both on the same connection. Dont ask me why. And I'm too lazy to troubleshoot whats going on lol. Gonna pre-load it on my Laptop and just copy it over onto my external HDD. No Problem.

From what I've read, it's an easy game for CRPG veterans, and upwards of borderline arse for newcomers to the genre.

Tell me about it. While I'm not a complete noob to CRPGs, I found the opening combat in Divinity pretty unfriendly even after I'd done a ton of side quests.

Perhaps I'll give it another shot over the weekend.
