I stopped going there when they started to talk about Lightning perfumes. Do I dare to go back?
It's probably safe. Maybe.
But there's no new information about the actual PC release, so might as well not.

Is there any customization option to remove Recommend Curators form the front page?
Is final fantasy IV Hard difficulty just the "original" SNES difficulty setting?
yet i can't help but check it every time there is a new post
what does follow do
They focused more on the scares than the gameplay. It's basically FEAR without the excellence. And yeah, the AI is a step down as well. If anything, FEAR 2 shows us why FEAR is such an instant, incredible classic.
FEAR is probably one of the most unfortunate gaming series of recent memory...
- FEAR: classic
- FEAR 2: good, not great
- F3AR: sweet jesus no
- FEAR ONLINE: i have no words
- ???FEARMOBA????: the only place left to go
Nope, as far as I know there is no available API to see this. It sure would be handy, though.
FTFY. I've actually got most of it done now. I'm going to port these changes over to Firefox and then hopefully I'll be ready to release by the end of the evening.
Oh yeah? Because I have THIS GAME (seriously) on my wishlist, Steam recommended to me that I should get Rome II on the front page.
Get your act together, Valve.
The biggest downside of a system like this. I don't ALWAYS want to see games I enjoy sometimes I like seeing other games just to see whats out there.
hmmShows updates in your activity feed.
hmm
is there a list where you click to see your followed games
They're both historical strategy games, not that much of a stretch, even if the gameplay is different.
There's a FEAR Online now?
The original F.E.A.R. has the best shooter gameplay ever, imo. Goddamn, that game was great.
That's a unit pack DLC. I could understand recommending other DLC for that game, but a separate game in an entirely separate genre of strategy? Steam is cray-cray.

But that's the thing, that's not even something I'm particularly interested in. For whatever reason, my discovery queue was packed full of games like Day Z, Rust, and the like, and because I viewed the store page for a bunch of games in that style (through my discovery queue), now Steam seems to think that they are my favorite games, and keeps recommending more to me.
Jeez man the service is 2 days old. Give it a minute.
Having 'New Releases' at the very bottom of the page is a terrible idea.
guys my keyboard glopped up so I need a new one. any recommendations? open to anything as long as it at least has:
1) volume control
2) no more than $25(not including tax since we all pay different prices for tax )
I didn't expect the entire store to enter Early Access. That's all.
Correction: popular new releases. Whatever that means.
The non-deluxe version was in the first Indie Royale Debut Bundle. It seems like Groupees just didn't send out the keys yet.
Which is even worse. The base 'New Releases' is the 2nd of two links at the bottom (it's to the right of 'Popular').
I think it's a deathmatch FPS game that's free-to-play. I've never looked or tried it, to be honest.
Here's some gameplay if you want to be depressed.
cool i will use thisProfile/Games/Followed
That doesn't sound very savvy to me.Hitman: Sniper Challenge
SavyGamer recommends it as "The best Hitman game," so maybe I shouldn't be so harsh... I dunno.Bwahahahaha
Have you turned off FXAA?
Game is okay so far, I've played until the first boss with a group of randoms and it's nothing special, just mindless mass murder of standard fantasy enemies. Not much too it and I wouldn't recommend playing alone. If any GAFer needs someone, hit me up, I've been playing the valkyrie.
Y'all need to buy Waves.
Had a look through the first five pages of curators, chose Devolver Digital, GAF and RPS. Any worthwhile curators I'm missing?
I'm not a fan of Youtube personalities known to do paid promotions (some disclosed, some not) getting popular as curators, but I suppose that's to be expected and on the people who follow them.
Steam has now recommended a game to me that I can't even purchase, because it was only available to pre-purchasers of a dfiferent game. (Though I guess it's in a bundle.. ridiculous.)

See, now I'm really not gonna do it. look it up on the store yourself, ya Civ addict.I'm clicking on the word "waves" but nothing is happening, so I have no idea how to do that.
Impressions for The Night of the Rabbit:
Oh hey, Life is Strange is on the store already!
(Yes, I know, it's been on for most of the month, but with the renewed interest in Remember Me, I felt it was time to highlight it again =p)

If you don't like Geometry Wars then don't bother. Alternatively: it has a demo.looks like generic indie twin stick shooter #214 w/ eurotrance
what's so good about it?
After playing through the amazing F.E.A.R., started F.E.A.R. 2.
About half an hour in, I must say I'm really unimpressed. The AI ain't as good, the gunplay doesn't feel as good (the enemies are way more bulletspongy), the sound of the guns aren't as good as the first one, the pistol ain't as OP and good to use as it were. .
Afraid of spiders?
Gauntlet won't be your GOTY.
Looks like I'll never play it then

Microsoft Ergo 4000, assuming you can find one for $25. It usually retails a little higher, but not much.
Extremely helpful Steam review, thanks. This curator system is fucked already.
afraid of spiders, but has an avatar like that.
ok.
cmon guys, only 1 suggestion? don't ignore your bro thanks jres <3
