I know it's pretty late to bring it up. But Endless Space just hit my curiosity. I suppose from the fun I've had with FTL I wouldn't mind more space games.

Endless Space is a great 4X game, I think. More than enjoyed every hour I've put into it.

You don't have to have the window open, just in-game. You can even be alt tabbed.

It's one of the worst. Buy the classic Dooms and use their wads on your Source Port of choice, and stick to regular Doom 3 with duct tape mod if you need permanent light.

For those idling, I find the drop rate is much reduced when you idle more than 1 game.

Might make sense if you're going to be AFK for the whole day, though.
