Already bought Fallout New Vegas Ultimate, never played a Fallout game before and I'm still on the fence about buying Fallout 3 GOTY. Dammit.

Think I'll leave it until the Halloween sales.

After the sale ends, please use this thread to post all your "OMG MY WALLET DIS HOW MUCH I PAID LIST WARS I BOT SO MUCH" crap. I'll edit the title to reflect that. Move back to the regular Steam thread for non-garbage posts :)

And not a cent was spent. I was holding out for the final day recap but it didn't happen, so...
If you wanted something that was on a daily and still waited then that's pretty stupid.

If you didn't really want anything then cool

What I should have said is that the weirdest aspect of this sale is seeing all these games I picked up during the last couple sales go on sale again and people saying how good they really are, I'm actually starting to play some of these games...

Damage report:

Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition
Train Simulator 2012 (for my dad :) )
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood
Batman: Arkham City
Borderlands
Botanicula
Darksiders
Fallout 3 - Game of the Year Edition
Fallout: New Vegas
Just Cause 2
Machinarium
Samorost 2
The Witcher: Enhanced Edition

And a friend gifted me:
Beyond Good & Evil

Pretty happy about this list :D

I'm not gonna buy anything anymore just so I can show I'm a good person. It'll show strength, like not fapping for a week.

Be free to gift me FONV though.

Cloudius saw my post and must have went immediately to the steam store and gifted me the double fine pack. I intentionally waited until I thought there wasnt enough time left in the sale or the thread before I mentioned what games I didnt get but the dude beat the clock and gifted me the whole pack.

I'm definitely going to miss refreshing this thread and waiting for flash deals. I feel much more invested in the Steam community now (added a bunch of people to my friends list in addition to all of the games I bought), which is precisely what Valve is aiming for with this stuff. Outside of feeding my Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 habit, I'll probably only be gaming on the PC for quite a while now.

Borderlands GOTY
Fallout New Vegas Ultimate
Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY
Total War Megapack
Magicka (gift)
Torchlight
The Witcher: Enhanced Edition

All amounting to a nice £30. I'd consider that a very successful Summer Sale, already poured 54 hours into Borderlands.

Okay... final total is $72.33. I went over my $50 budget... doh!

Orcs Must Die! GOTY
Ys Origin
Ys: The Oath in Felghana
The Binding of Issac + DLC
Legend of Grimrock
Saints Row the Third + various DLC
Cave Story +
FO: NV Old World Blues & Lonesome Road
Just Cause 2 complete
Titan Attacks
Dungeon Defenders + Shards DLC

No regrets. Shame the second half of the sale was a joke. It started of brilliantly though.

Fuck, 175 hours?! Now I really want to play Binding of Isaac... thanks again for gifting me it Credo!

I've now put 240 hours into Isaac and can safely say that I might be done with it for at least a month.

Some people (like me) got extremely addicted to the game.

Shogun 2 + Rise of the Samurai + Fall of the Samurai + Blood Pack
Crusader Kings II
The Walking Dead
Total War Megapack
Mount and Blade: Warband (Gift) + Napoleonic Wars (Gift)

Not a massive haul, but I picked more expensive stuff. It's also a lot of stuff that I could play for hours upon hours, so I think I've hit a good dollar/hour ratio of entertainment this sale.

Everything is moe to me
2000+ games on special?
edit: some of these are from the steam sale, but it looks like most arent. dunno why full priced games would be listed under 'special'.
