Why doesn't Steam add volume control to their videos? This has been bothering me for ages but I just suddenly got the urge to bring it up.

Everyone should have Terreria buy this point. It's an awesome game at 10 bucks, 2 bucks is such a ridiculous steal.
 
I've noticed that EYE is on sale. I remember the game having a lot of similarities to Deus Ex 1 but that it needed some more cooking in the oven when it first came out. I wonder if its worth buying now?

I wouldn't be surprised if they ran flash sales at least twice a game or had some sort of recap.

I hope they do, at least. I'm tired as it is!

they're lining up to be a 6 hour deal each
but they're 2 hour apart

so

let's say the first pack starts at 16:00
the second pack starts at 18:00
the third pack starts at 20:00
the fourth pack starts at 22:00

however, at 22:00, 6 hours will have passed for pack one, so pack one (and four) will reset with a 6 hour timer
at 00:00, 6 hours will have passed for pack 2, and it'll reset with a 6 hour timer
at 2am, 6 hours will have passed for pack 3, and t'll reset with a 6 hour timer
at 4am, 6 hours will have passed for packs 1 and 4, and they'll reset with a 6 hour timer
at 6am, 6 hours will have passed for the (new) pack 2, and each will reset with a 6 hour timer.

Meh, screw it. Bought Witcher 2 for $24. It was the main thing I wanted for the sale and I got it. Now no money til saturday night, and it can't go in the bank til Monday. That'll make temptation a lot easier.

Now just to wait through the 18GB install without my computer turning off or net booting me.

I keep trying to buy the Witcher Deluxe Edition and everytime I click purchase for myself it kicks me back to the store page and doesn't allow me to buy it...

Is the Back to the Future game as bad as it looks? Is there any real choice or interactivity? After Walking Dead I would like to try out some other TellTale games, but it looks even worse than Jurassic Park.

Never sleep again! I liked BTTF, but I think I got it all completely free on PS+. Still, the game felt very whimsical. I liked it a lot!

not even close to being as bad as Jurassic Park

if you really dig BTTF then go for it

main complaint was that the puzzles are too easy
 
I guess the best way to handle this sale is:

quick scan page for lowest timer number
set a timer on your watch for that amount of time
when it goes off check new sale and check for next lowest timer number
rinse repeat

Simply checking the daily deals and voting are for amateurs now, gabe up'd his game.

Yea i noticed a lot of major patches came out for it, but I wonder if any gaffers here have played recently and would recommend the game after all those patches or that its still unapproachable as it was when it first came out

You know, I've never played the Witcher. I see it's $5.99 now for the Enhanced Deluxe Edition. I may just have to buy that and see what all the fuss was about...

Trying to decide if I should grab the whole indie bundle since the only games I don't own in it are The Baconing and Cave Story+ and I want to buy Cave Story+. Decided to watch the video for The Baconing.

...that is not very good voice acting, or at least not very good casting. The voices in the trailers don't seem to match the characters at all and they all seem a bit amateur imo.

Wasn't really interested in buying before and the trailers only made me more confident in that decision.
 
Gabe-sama is obviously punishing us for our insolence. People doubted him and the coming of the sales, and now he has opened the floodgates...
