How is Civ3? I enjoyed Civ4 and loved Civ5. Although you can't really go bad for 2,50, it would be nice to know what the game is like compared to the civs I played

Ehhh...personally, it's my least favorite of the later civ trilogy. Pretty much everything introduced in civ III is refined in civ IV.

And I don't think I've forgotten I bought a game that I actually wanted to play, but there have been many times where I've gone through my catalog and thought "where in the hell did this come from"

This is why. It's hilarious in MP for the same reason it's worse; no one ever really bothers to play stealth and everyone just scrambles around. Leads to lots of laughs but not exactly a deeply satisfying heist experience.

It's pretty much always shown up in a big sale so I'd say that there's a 99% chance that it will return. Nonetheless, in my opinion, it's pointless to speculate as to what will or will not show up in a daily/flash/community choice because you've already resigned to waiting until the last day and it's not like you're risking anything by waiting.

Civ3 was my first civ game and I enjoyed it a ton at the time, however, after dumping tons of time into 4/5 it's kind of hard to go back. Less intuitive UI and basic information that they really worked on in the later games is kind of lacking with Civ3. I loved it a lot at the time but since you started at the later ones it may be hard to get into without some serious investment to really appreciate it.

I finally bought my first game on the sale, Batman: Arkham Origins + Season Pass. Excite! Now I only need Dark Souls and then I can just pick up Marlow Briggs and some other zany stuff the last day

Civ 3 was the beta for Civ IV. Play it if you really feel the urge, but don't build hospitals so your cities can't go above 12 population, otherwise you'll be forever cleaning up pollution with your workers.

Out of curiosity, what's the best way to mod Skyrim these days? Is it best to just download things from the workshop, or are third party websites superior
