I'd had my day with anime waifus. Could never find one who'd love me back for who I am, the tall handsome Japanese-Caucasoid I could not earn the money to physically alter myself to be. Also they apparently survive on takoyaki and those photo booth sticker things.

Marlow Briggs is the best $1 I've spent in a while. Gameplay is a GoW clone but it's not a cheap clone. Animations are fluid, environments are pretty and the story isn't half bad. Level variety is nice too. You have your basic fighting sequences, some puzzle areas, some platforming chase areas, this game has everything. There's also a lot more weapons & combos than I expected considering I spent a $1. It's definitely worth a play

I just saw Kinetic Void on Community Choice.
Concept is nice. Anyone have impressions?

Or better, what games would you recommend with:
- co-op
- story (even flimsy)
- creativity
- crafting

Actually what I wish for is a co-op one with all players in one big space ship trotting through space and different tasks; Gunner, Pilot, Engineer. Exploring space, fighting other ships.

Which game fits the bill most?

I think I regret my Batman Origins impulse purchase. I've been having a lot more fun with Last Remnant and Age of Wonder III. Already had Arkham City which I never played through. Oh well.

Gonna mix things up a little this time, I will be giving away two of the games depicted in the banner, one per category.

Rules/Gist of things *please read it is important

- There will be several ways to enter, you can either draw a picture (one catagory), do a dramatic reading or write a fanfiction (the ladder two being grouped together).

- The theme for the artwork will be pin-ups of your favorite video game characters. Hint: Mine is Mistral from Metal Gear. ;) That or you can be creative and draw propaganda for the various teams of the Steam Sale.

- Yes, I am trying to get you to draw porn for me!

- But seriously if you do go for pin-ups, try to keep it appropriate for this site.

- As for the second category the only requirement is that the fan fictions need to be at least 500 words long, aside from that be creative as you want.

- Like last time please PM me when you post you submission, so I don't miss any. Apologizes for any that I missed last time.

- The deadline is until when ever the timer at the bottom of this post runs out.

- My sister will judge the artwork, while some other guy I know on Steam will judge the fanfics/dramatic readings.

- Sister might live stream the selection for the drawings here, though she's not sure yet.

- Will post who won sometime after the deadline and will gift you your prize through Steam.

EDIT: Also Vulcano's Assistant is banned from this giveaway cause he won last time, though you can still draw a sexy pin-up for me if you want, hint, hint. ;P

I think that's the worst thing I've ever written and it even turned out different than I have planned.

I tried to copy light novel style while incoperating a typical doujin story. But as of right now, I don't even know what this story wants to say. Also sorry for spelling mistakes and grammar.

I could be mistaken so perhaps he will respond himself to clarify, but I believe he means things like (Long Live the Queen entire playthrough spoilers)

Aunt's arrival (not sure if she's the aunt, but the magic user who gives you the quest to get the crystal).
The snake appearing to attack you.
The printing press.
The delivery of the poison chocolates.
The woman going on trial.
The marriage proposal.
The ball.
The demonic man.
The tournament.
The challenge at the end of the tournament if you attend.
The woman arriving with your father.
The old individuals dying followed by you deciding where the child goes.
The invitation to attend the party.
The mean letter arriving.
The final ship invasion/king/magic using person appearing.

Perhaps there was more, but I would imagine he is asking if the primary events that appear in a playthrough are generally quite consistent.

I've never played a Company of Heroes game before but I really liked Relic's Dawn of War 2 singleplayer. How does Company of Heroes 2 compare when it comes to singleplayer?

I can tell you with absolute certainty, that Company of Heroes 2 does not contain Space Marines.

man RE4 controls are rough on PC. What is the optimal setup GAF? I've tried both keyboard and mouse and a game controller left at default settings. Both are ridiculous. I feel crippled. I realize it runs with tank controls but I don't remember it that bad at all. :'(

All I needed was to increase the sensitivity and M&KB were fine for me.

Shame the key market didn't fix itself in lieu of it being a daily yet. If I could manage to find it for 3 keys, I'd bite... lowest I've seen is 3.5, but I have no way of getting a ToD ticket or whatever to cover the .5.
