alright added the camp pictures to the OP and the camp letters from Tappet, Cyl, and Sir Roderick Bodkin (the Steam mascots), i think some people are missing these

Looking to pick up either The Force Unleashed or The Force Unleashed 2... never played either. Anyone got an opinion on which one would be better? They're both the same price.

Has anyone pointed out that the half life 2 episodes are $1.99 in other regions ?

I see em at %75 off here in Mexico. Seems weird that they are cheaper here.

84% for Bad Company 2...but my internet is now dying. Current rate: 0 Bytes/Second. Sigh, my internet does this sometimes when I download too much, just shuts down anymore downloading for a while. Fuck me.

Any tips, tricks, guides, or videos I should watch/be aware of before jumping into Bad Company 2 (whenever that is)?

So sad but true. I found it insulting that someone sells this PC game. The game really is unplayable. Not even worth the 2 or 3 dollars I paid for it at some GFW sale.

I've already accepted it won't be done until tomorrow. Keeps going from 0/suspended to 1 MB/s. Up and down. Servers must be busy.

Dang was hoping to pick it up for $5 but all this negative feedback is making me think it over....

Anyone know why some game prices vary wildly depending on region?

I've been meaning to get Crysis Warhead, but in the UK it's £17, the real Crysis is only £10. In the States it's the much more logical $30 for Crysis and $20 for Warhead.

I'm not after a gaffer to get it for me on the cheap or anything, I'll hold out for a nice UK sale, but just wondering why the prices are so different.

Capcom is like the grandmasters of not doing Steam sales right. I mean, I'm glad that they participate, but their game prices always stick out like sore thumbs having participated in quite a few Steam sales now. DMC4 should have been $5 or less and RE5 should be $10 or less given the age both of those games have been out and how many times they have been on sale already.

Both Crysis games cost $15 (standard) on the AU store.

Makes no sense at all.

Its not up to Valve, its up to devs and publishers.

Guessing they dont wanna completely kill the retail market, so they put prices matching those, wich ussually suck.

Bought Hoard because I've been interested in it for awhile. Not a bad game! Also got the ticket on my first try - its "sort of" difficult but not really. Definitely doable.

Lame, reformatting erased all my Super Meat Boy data sans achievements. Took me about 2 hrs to get back to hell, beat all of the levels in hell with A+, and then work a the timings of a few for the achievement. I think that all of the summer achievements should follow SMB's example, it was fun.

I'd say no, it quickly gets boring without all the crazy stuff going on.

Yeah, im guessing there is confidence that the complete packs can be bought at any time during the sale without fear of getting them cheaper? That would only really apply if you just wanted specific games.

It's fun, but it got old real fast. And playing on single player is hard.

I bought it and Oblivion both together. I think I've spent more time on Recettear than an Oblivion so far.

So, the Magicka achievement, do I have to cast Rain 20 times against an opponent in a versus match? Or do have have to Rain cast upon ME 20 times in a versus match?

Rain is a space bar spell so neither? Just put in the right combo and press space(when you get the book to drop that is).

I picked up Bionic Cmmando Rearmed and Modern Warefare 2 and having issues with both.

Bionic Commando Rearmed has aweful screen tearing. I have enabled Vsync with and without triple buffering in the ATI control panel since I can't find it in game, and it doesn't help. I have tried D3D overrider, and it doesn't help at all. Anyone know if/how to fix this?

Modern Warfare 2's diaologue during the campaign is very quiet while the rest of the sounds are normal. I have checked the volume levels and all appear ok. I am running Win 7 64 bit using an audigy xfi card. I have tried disabling and enabling all options in the Creative control panel and running the game in xp compatablity mode.

Any help with these would be great.

There's a list of DLC/In-game items that you can redeem with three tickets. Also, each ticket acts as an entry into the "Win the top 10 items on your wishlist" sweepstakes.
