Blehg. I'm going to go insane. I can't for the life of me get that fucking bit trip achievement.

It should be easy, yet I'm having so much trouble with it. I ALWAYS fuck up when they go from 3 quick in a row up high, to the 3 down low. ALWAYS fuck it up. Fuckingeoljkh;gsrhlsdghljfsgljhz. And it takes so fucking long to retry, it seems... because 99% of it so dull... just that one thing. Fuck.

Set difficulty to easy.

Just found a pack I haven't seen anyone discussing yet:

Paradox Fantasy Pack - $8
http://store.steampowered.com/sub/8675/?snr=1_4_4__106_2
Majesty, Majesty 2, Elven Legacy, plus all DLC and expansions for these games.

I was originally just going to by Majesty 2 for $6.69 (http://store.steampowered.com/app/25980/), but that's when I saw the pack. $1.20 more for two more full games + a bunch of expansions... can't say no to that!

Edit: This pack is 84% off, meaning it's CHEAPER to buy this than the Elvan Legacy bundle alone... I wonder if the pricing is an error?
This is just brilliant. Thank you!@#!@#

I don't have anyone to play Borderlands with, so I actually think I'm gonna skip it. I'm still thinking about Oblivion.
Yeah, that's why I'm skipping too. I basically only play coop games online with my brother, and he only has a laptop. Not much PC gaming going on for him.

This is my first summer sale its absoluetly incredible. I never bought that PC gaming was superior to console gaming but my mind is really turning around.
you are now worthy to sport that duke avatar

Just played MoH online a bit. Despite being a full server, the game feels lifeless. I loved the feel of the weapons though. Hopefully that carries over to BF3.

Damn, I want to get Oblivion and Back to the Future, but shit, I can't decide. I doubt I'll play either, but I've wanted both.

It depends on your personal tastes obviously, but out of those two in my opinion Oblivion would be better. There's lots of mods too for the PC version.

fuck Oblivion, would doubledip but Skyrim is around the corner, dont wanna burn out on Elder Scrolls games

I doubled dipped just to have a Steam copy :\

I'll be lucky to play it for 10 hours or so. Unless I get mods again.... >.>

Who actually plays their games anyway?

Burn out then you can buy Skyrim for $10 in a steam sale in a couple of years instead of $60 at launch. Win win.

Yea. Borderlands is awesome. I finally got to play some after getting back from swimming and it's amazing. I thought maybe 20 to 30 minutes had passed since I started and nope. 81 mins.

So people are actually buying Toki Tori and using the guides to get a ticket?

*shakes head*

I'll slowly play my way through the 20 levels. If it ain't fun enough to play, it ain't worth the effort to get the ticket. Fortunately, it's worth the effort. Guides be damned.

Welp, about to add another 25 to bring me up to about 72. Have Recettear and Bit Trip Runner so far. We are only beginning and would like to pace myself. I want to play Terraria though so that's tempting.

Do the summer prize booth items change daily cause I can only get 2 tickets for now but will purchase a game to complete for the third ticket to redeem them now.

I'm gonna have to pass on the opportunity to stare at drawings of 10 year old girls for hours on end.
Not even remotely like that, dude.

It's a dungeon crawl mixed with a shop running sim. It is not in any way close to... that kind of game.

Thinking about picking up Back to The Future and Medal of Honor. I love Telltale games for one and then I've heard people here on GAF say good things about MoH lately.

That's where I am (though it would be a tripple dip for me!) too. I figure it'll be on sale this winter and chances are it'll be even cheaper.

I have 17 hours logged and feel like I've barely gotten anywhere in the game. D:

Mainly because I keep restarting quests and stuff to play with my friends and whatever, BUT ALL IN GOOD FUN.

$20.

...I'm sorta scared now.
I told you, everyone should have like $200 set aside.

This is just the first day.

Is Dawn of War Retribution any good? I haven't played any of the games. I am a fan of Supreme Commander, Starcraft and Company of Heroes.

I do. I'm going to play every game I buy, and I've been doing a good job at playing the ones I bought already.

I've not played it yet... I bought it today and it's still downloading (sllloooooooowwwwwwwwwwllllyyyy), but Dawn of War 2 is a great game and considering your list of games that you like it's a must buy for sure.

trying to remember: has there ever been a case where a daily deal was beaten later in the sale? i.e., is Witcher 2 possibly gonna get any cheaper? not a lotta luck with russians on here, sadly, but ive heard its gone at retail for like $30.

The premise sounds excellent and I'm sure it's a fine game. But until someone mods the game to disinclude the awful little girl anime characters, I'm passing on buying it.

The Daily Deal is basically the lowest a game will be for that sale period.
