There's gear, levels, and a skill chart system in single player.

Thanks. I'm gonna wait to see the full line up but it's sounding like it'll be what I get today. Hopefully I can snatch it up before they correct the price (granted it's unintentional).

It sort of is but just in the way of returning characters for the second. You can skip it.

BUY DAWN OF WAR ASAP, IT'S A PRICING MISTAKE!

Awesome, I knew there was a reason I didn't jump at 50% off, 75% is a go!

Apparently I have like four pieces of DOW2 Ret dlc and I have no idea what they are. I can't tell either because it's so long of a name and you can't extend it

also $32 dollars worth of dlc LOL

Oh, I see.

I guess I could see how it would be hard to verify that you're the actual owner of the original EA account, without access to the original email address. May be lost to the cloud at this point.

I have access to the gamertag associated with it (which incidentally is also the same as the username of the account), I can still sign into the account in question from the gamertag and would be happy to stick in and boot up burnout paradise to prove it's me, I can verify all dates relevant to the account, the old email was <name>@<domain>, my new email is signups@<name>.ca, I'm happy to scan or send a copy of my driver's license to verify that I am who I say I am, etc.

Of course if they say it's lost to the cloud, it's lost to the cloud. That's fine. But they haven't said that yet. I'm about the enter hour 3 of trying to talk to Level 2 support :p

"You are currently number 14 in the queue. You should be connected to an advisor in about 4 minutes. The average amount of time a customer has to wait is 28 minutes"

(the 4 minutes thing is clearly bunkum, that'll hit 0 and I'll still be #10-12 in the queue)

It's got co-op as well. Can hit me up if you ever want to dive into that, I still have yet to really get into it.

Sanctum is fucking awesome. Just spent 4 hours playing the same match on Bridge with my brother. Got up to wave 75 or so.

So, Trackmania wasn't a daily after all. :/

But you held back the last days! Maybe Gab gives you a deal in the next few weeks. But remember! Dont jinx it!

Ok, nabbing Borderlands GOTY for 7.50 and with that I bid farewell to this year's summer sale. I didn't pick up as much as I would have wanted since I had to adhere to a budget (somewhat), but all in all, I had a nice haul and the jewel of the crown is me getting 1701 A.D., which runs great on my system.

Wow so this thread really will reach 20,000? Have the mods fixed it so we can go above that number? I thought the thread locks itself or something at that point.

edit: I guess I answered that question. First thread in history to go over 20,000.

aww I already have 13 out of the 15 games on sale, and I don't want Magicka or Dawn of War :(

Guess I'm knocking some of those indie games in the other thread off today.

I am terrible at it. Can barely make it to wave 12 in the very first level. I'm usually alright at tower defense, but I simply don't "get" Sanctum. It's fun and well presented, but no strategies have clicked with me yet.

Sounds good. I just purchased it, seems like a great deal and I have yet to play a real strategy game on my PC...it's time I finally man up and see what the genre is all about.

I was a bit tempted to jump on Two Worlds II since I missed it the first time, but at this point I'm not gonna spend $17 on one game when I already have so much to play. I'm done with this fucking sale!

Do I need to play the original 2 Dawn of War games before playing Retribution? is Dawn of War Retribution anything like Starcraft 2?
