Ok i just found out the other free outfits are tied to a new questline called Photography Club. You can start the quest from the Quest board near Roxanne in XION. You get the new outfits as you complete these photo quests as rewards.

Yeah I want a new perma area dlc in game that features a Blizzard to rival Hoth. Something that feels even more cold than the area outside one of the final locations in the game. This game is my Goty, and not just because of the fanservice either.
This game is also my game of the year not just because of beautiful protagonist, but because of its excellent combat and gameplay and beautiful graphics and level design. I keep hoping they do a Drakengard remake trilogy or something for the 3 existing games. With Taro in charge, I have faith they'll keep all of the weirdness intact. Really I just wanna see Drakengard 1 with better graphics. It was a flawed gem that's really hard to go back and play now because it's pretty ugly.

My friend, you live in 2024, here in LOL one skin for character sells for $500, Blizzard sells mounts in WoW for $90. Here I want to say that they took it fairly by modern standards, considering the fact that they will also have to pay Square Enix money for the license.
