Having such an awesome time with this game. I think I'm on the final stretch now. It's just been a joy to play and keeps getting better as I near the conclusion.

this guy has a PhD in female booty.

Based dev! 👌 This game is awesomely detailed on fat lol, they even have fat bulging out slightly at the outside of tight stockings and straps etc. Few think about that, definitely never western devs. Western devs could learn a thing or two from this guy. You can't just headswap a male character and expect to end up with something appealing.

Just rolled credits. Really enjoyed my time with it. My biggest complaint is the pacing was quite poor at times. Who thought that cramming in literally 6 bosses in a row, each getting more difficult, over the last 20% of the game was a good idea? You go through 80% of the game and fight like 2-3 bosses, and then the final hours are just boss after boss after boss with no real respite in between. Grew exhausting and tiresome.. Oh, and I know this will be unpopular, but... a lot of the whole "sexiness" thing just came across as kind of cheesy and garish to me. I'm all for sexy characters and I loved EVE, but a lot of it just felt silly. You can do sexy and revealing without coming off like a 13 year old boys wet dream. But to each their own.

Other than that, really loved it. The world was interesting, the characters were likeable, the leveling up system was well implemented, the combat was fantastic, visuals were great, the game ran like butter, and the game length was just right. 8.4/10

Finished the game and I had fun with it. Got too powerful for some reason

My downsides are: Story, level design, and controlling EVE while she's running is hell.

Finished it in around 40 hours, the game was longer than expected. All those side quests really add up. I basically did all of them except for the fishing one.

I got the Making New Memories ending. I didn't even know there were multiple endings, so I'm glad I got this one. Feels like the canon ending.

The story was mostly straightforward, which is fine. I think it did its job well and I actually liked it. If you explore around you can get the gist of the story well before the story beat revelations. There is a lot of world building in the notes found on bodies and whatnot, so it's worth exploring around if you are interested in the background lore. By the way if you play in Japanese you basically get kind of spoiled, because the word Naytiba sounds like the English word "native" said with the Japanese spelling, so I immediately knew where the story was going. Or maybe that's intended in English too, I don't know.

As for the combat I enjoyed it overall apart from a few things I described in my previous post, the biggest being that the parry window is too far from the on hit event. It doesn't ruin the combat or anything like that. I just feel like it would feel better that way. If there is a mod that changes that I would like to try it out

The mix between linear zones and the two open maps was well done, I didn't feel much fatigue by exploring around. I hope they keep the same structure for the sequel, I don't want them to go full open world. Actually they can drop the open zones and make the linear zones more complex, that would be perfect.

On both my PCs the performance was great. The game is not a looker, but it looks good enough.

I had a pretty good time and I will be back for the sequel for sure.

EDIT: Forgot to say that Stellar Blade's soundtrack is excellent. One of the highlights for sure.

I get to keep all the stuff I've collected after a death, right?

Still loving this game. Based on my skills, I must be nearing the end. The side stories are actually quite good. I am trying to do them all besides maybe the photos.

Pretty sure taking Adam's hand is the good ending.

Also game peaked yesterday at 122k. Obviously a drop but that's still pretty high. Hope it hits 4 million these next couple months.

More than half-way in I imagine and yeah the game is overrated af only because of its female characters. Sex sells. Music is fantastic though, but everything else is pretty average. I wont do 100% of its achievements like I usually do, cuz I'm already getting bored of it.

Are you sure about that? I read it's the opposite
If you refuse Adam's offer, you basically condemn humanity's legacy to the dirt. Which is what Mother Sphere wants, so you are basically doing her bidding. And after coming to know what Mother Sphere is and what she did, it's not really the best outcome.

Also, when you get on the spaceship and start to see the Colony, it does not seem a place where the Andro-Eidos can live, but a structure similar to a pseudo Dyson sphere that Mother Sphere is using to do who knows what. It feels like all the memories of the Colony as a living place are implanted into the Andro-Eidos as soon as they are deployed to Earth, they are most likely fake memories. I don't think anyone actually lives in the Colony.

Picked it up last Friday and already sunk about 14 hours into it

What a phenomenal experience. I really enjoyed the little gameplay twist in that one underground section. Definitely planning to see this one through to the end

That being said, this game desperately needs a teleport to last bonfire function. Even if it's a rare consumable

I think I finally "fixed" most of the stuttering issues I had. Looks like that these were caused by ReBAR. I had forced ReBAR to "On" via NVIDIA Inspector. Turns out that some games do not like it. And well... Stellar Blade seems to be one of them. The 1% lows are sometimes dropping, but not as drastically. With ReBar, the 1% lows sometimes dropped to 5-22 FPS. Now they're more like 55-65 (based on average frames of 80-110 FPS).

What is still there are the stutters as soon as you are at the borders of new areas or shortly before/after cutscenes. During these moments the 1 % Lows can still go down to like 10 FPS.

Not a fan of the world being covered in yellow paint, feels like an insult lol.
Yeah that is a right piss take!

It's been a bug bear of mine for years..

An 18+ years of age Pegi rated game, with babies first computer game hand holding techniques..

If you're 18+ and don't know that some ledges can or can't be climbed on just by looking or trial by error.. should you really be playing computer games?

If you are 18+ and can't do these things you're no doubt not feeding yourself at this point and your bum pad needs changing.

Finally done, New Memories ending, didnt 100% it cuz eh. The good stuff is eve model and her clothes, the soundtrack, story was ok as well has huge potential, cool boss fights, decent combat. The meh: poor pacing, the entire game feels like it starts right at the end in the space port chapter while everything feels filler story wise as well as everything else, combat was decent but its too easy to be a good souls-like and too slow to be a proper action game like say bayonetta, feels like a mix of both but not excelling at anything in particular, exploration was barely worth it otuside of some upgrades and I hope they ditch the open areas for a permanent linear game with multiple paths instead like say God of War. Voice acting was ok. The quick time events were pretty lame/tame and too short to make an impact, such as the hypertube which could've been great, was wasted. While as a male I enjoyed her clothes and how sexy she is designed, I think they pushed a limit here and feels way too oversexualized considering the nature of the game and how the story should feel depressive. Overall if this game didnt have any sexy female characters it would be severely mid around most gamers. Anyway I'd say its a fair 7.5+ game.

I do not think I have ever gotten 100% achievements on any game. Some can be quite difficult to get and it turns into a grind and I realize I am not enjoying the game anymore. I was messing around with the fishing and it was starting to get grindy. I got enough to get the special bait and finish that questline.

And to find all the pictures? I was thinking about it and eventually said screw it and started the "no turning back" mission.

I currently have over half the achievements. I suppose I will get a few more when I beat the game. Not sure if I will do NG+, even though I have enjoyed the game thoroughly. Just too many other games to play.

cdkeys.com

Never had any issues before, but this really ruins the whole idea of getting stuff cheaper

That sucks.
I have bought a few games there and luckily, never had any issue.
You might try to speak with their support department to get a refund.

I'd get a refund from them pronto, that is absolute horse shit bro.
Yeah, I've already submitted a ticket!

Curious to see how this plays out, since it's easy to fake a screenshot and there's no other proof the game was removed

Good luck bro. I think they'll help you out, I'm gonna think positive here, and if they don't, try threatening litigation, it usually works lol.

What even happened? Says it was removed due to a refund.
I'm not entirely sure. I launched Steam today and was met with this message.

My best guess? Someone else might have gotten the same key and reported it, though since it's a third-party key, Steam wouldn't normally issue refunds for that. So I'm a bit confused.

But somebody else wouldn't be able to use the same key, or refund, if it's already in use, would they?
