Street Fighter V |OT| No Options to Select

I don't know what they've changed but I'm now getting matches! If this is what it's like on 3 pm on a Thursday, can't even imagine how good weekends are going to be :D
 
Played a handful of online matches and managed to not get entirely destroyed. I even managed to win two of them and somehow pull off a perfect round, I guess the practice is slowly paying off.

No he means the opponent gets up and he neutral jumps to bait a throw or attack.
 
Oh Sweet Jesus, this game is so much fun. I am definitely getting the season pass for this.

Fang is so much fun. I just wanted a character I could play until Guile came out but I guess I have 2 mains now 😄

Yeah, that's the internet. It's not going to mean much in the long run.
 
Go with the hori mini 4 if you're new to sticks, you don't want to buy a $200 stick just to find out you don't want to take the game seriously. Buy the mini and get good on it and then upgrade if you want to take it to the next level.

Yeah, I advice doing this too. I bought a Hori V3 back in the day, and that was expensive but I never got used to it. So I sold it off really cheap this month.

Thanks, just ordered it for €36.99. Should be here on Saturday or Monday.
I have to use x360ce to use the stick with the PC version right?
Or does DS4Windows work too?

Man this game is a blast when online works.

EDIT: btw, mind if I ask your fighter ID? I think we might get smoother matches since we are both from the same region. Mine is TheSparda.
 
Today's the day, GAF. Just boarded my flight home, leaving behind the sun and fun to return and focus on what's important in life. Street Fighter.
 
Massive long shot, but I don't suppose anyone in EU has a pre-order code they don't care about? Because of a mess of pre-orders I didn't get the Hot Ryu costume... T_T

Hard mode is insane. Around level 13-14 (Ryu?) the CPU all of sudden gets serious, so my sense for the difficulty is thrown. Does hard survival mode have waves of easy CPUs interrupted by a couple of hard CPUs? I figured it'd be easy sailing until level 40 or so.

It felt that way to me when I tried it. 5-10 easy-ish CPUs followed by a string of hard ones. The easy ones get progressively harder as you go further though, to the point where by the end they're all Nostradamuses. Well, unless you spam Shoryukens. They still have trouble with that one.

I have a few hours to burn until I have class. Does anyone want to try a Battle Lounge? My ID is TheYoTornado.

Chief reason I dislike it is because the AI goes from a moving dummy to Desk combo mode in one fight. There's no rhyme or reason to how it ramps up.
 
Hopefully this hasn't been asked *too* many times in here: what's the situation with PS3 sticks on PS4? I assume we'll need the DS4 connected to start the game, but will it disconnect if the DS4 powers off?
