That's a bug that's been in the game for months now. The data itself always updates, it's just a visual bug.
Messed around a bit with Boxer during the lunch break: I suck at charge characters, but he's a lot of fun to play with!
I could see myself work the character a little bit, if only to help my ground game -- I rely way too much on gimmicky cross-up attempts, at least with him I won't be tempted. ^^

Okay cool, guess I'll save my fight money for colors then. Can you buy colors for alternate costumes yet, or is it back to the survival mode well?
That must be server side shit. When I was playing it offline last night loading times never got past like 3 seconds.
That's a real shame. I really thought they would fix this shit this time.

There are some good lighting mods for the PC version, but some of them severely impact performance on low end machines.

Close the game and restart steam. Then check your dlc and tick the box for story and it'll start the download.

You have to download it seperately, as mentioned dozens of times on the past few pages..
Go to your dlc area of the game and make sure the dlc is checked and installed.

So how much do you get to play as Juri/Urien? How does Urien stand up to his 3rd Strike version?
They could have worked around it by giving him the option to tap back-forward durring a combo like Necalli in v-trigger (save charges maybe), but let him combo out of it as well. It's (effectively) there but it's limited. Problem solved.

Still experiencing a crash at the same exact part of the story. Managed to boot up the prior fight and everything works fine, but as soon as the Chun/Rashid fight in Act 1 starts the game crashes within a few seconds.
...and back into the breech I go...

Ingame only for now though the transaction is handled through PSN/steam.
I'm a bit over halfway through story mode, but I've already fought on a bunch of new stage variants, like nighttime City in Chaos, a Shadaloo Base corridor, and the upper and lower levels of Shadaloo Base's control room. They're not flashy, but more stages means more variety. There's no reason for them to not be selectable.
