If Xian can place 9th at CPT with fucking FANG, you can make it work.

I don't wanna hear any whining, I wanna see winning.

This coming from a dirty Balrog, Urien, Akuma, and now Bison player.

Sorry I like winning easily.

Yesterday, I beat a rank 1000-something Diamond Balrog twice in Battle Lounge. Two best of 5 sets.

Balrog is supposedly god tier in S2.

If I can do it, you can do it.

Alex is good. Don't be discouraged by other people.

Every character is usable competitively. It's just harder to do versus a higher tier character. Alex has to really, really work for his wins. Along with Nash, FANG, and the rest of the super low tier cast. It's doable, but you'd need to be a godlike player to make that shit happen like Xian, so most people don't even bother.

Tiers are still compact, no one is head and shoulders above anyone yet even your new Gods Laura and Urien are weaker than last seasons top 3.

Ima be real, I think Alex is still kinda fine, idk. I don't feel hopeless when playing, if that means anything (except against guile, haha).

I am getting better when my muscle memory to use c.HP instead of jab AA. That thing still misses at weird angles though, that makes me go, wtf, why didn't that at least trade.

Yeah. At least with Urien, he still has some really bad match ups like Guile. Can't really think of any bad match ups on that scale for the old top 3.

People are going to be surprised by how Urien will need to be played to win tournaments. I think are going to expect rushdown, mixups like Nemo but it's going to be lame footsie Urien that wins tournaments.

It's great he turned out to be so fluid honestly.

You can use FM to buy it.

You can also buy it in-game with PSN. Only bundles are available on the storefront but every single piece of DLC can be purchased with real money by selecting it in-game, it's not available on the PSN store/website.

SF4's UI wasn't all that great from a useablity standpoint but it definitely had great presentation with its moving artwork. SF5's UI is shit from a usability standpoint AND it's boring. Its just a bunch of boxes, it reminds me of a cash register's UI.

I'll just keep referring back to the fact that this is a game that still doesn't allow Player 2 to go to character select/rematch.

And the longer this goes on, the less likely stuff like custom intros, etc seem.

They can't charge for Player 2 character select/rematch. I mean, it's Capcom so they could ...

The only issue I have with the SFV business model is that it deincentivizes improving small things like the UI or basic functionality like P2 rematch. Paid updates often come with overhauls to things people wouldn't pay for individually. People would buy new taunts, intros, and winposes.
