There's the offline version who has very reliable pressure tools but ultimately doesn't have anything more than that. A player will legitimate defense can get around it and alternatively pressure him back since his defense isn't amazing. All in all, a decent character but not a great one.
Then there's the online version which is the same as the offline version only you get randomly CCed and get hit by EX Devil's reverse even though it showed you blocking the first hit.

I'm just glad they did the showcase on WSO (without that error of course) as it seemed that really was a turning point for a lot of people regarding Abigail.

Yea, but I like to try to get in after the fourth cc attempt, seeing as I have to block em all .. Bison far as hell from me and cc me anyway. And don't get me started on the cr. Lp anti air. Dude is cheap.

No offense but Bison has been branded "the scrub killer" since day 1. Dude wrecks people who like pressing buttons or trying to be more mobile for their own good.
Try spacing yourself away from him, reacting to his dashes with a button that has decent active frames, and pressuring him back. His defense is poo-poo unless he's in V-Trigger and has meter.
And that cr.lp AA is not at all exclusive to Bison.
What is with this game and every light button in existence being a good AA.

Online Bison's CC Dash is just broken.
You can practice offline punishing that 30+ frame in training but frame data is different when fighting online.

He has great pressure and blockstrings, it's just something you're gonna need to figure out with whatever character you are using. But bruh, cheap he is not. Chen and folk say to use that phrase is just a verbal expression of your own lack of mu knowledge. I mean this in the nicest way btw, not ragging you even if you are winning.
Also, his HK isn't cheap. Just a solid button, let's be real here pretty much everyone has one good button you should be using often. Without it I'd have to use Psycho Axe for my CC's lol which is hard af sometimes being 18f startup.

I think they added new colours to the story costumes or was that always there? I remember like last update or two updates ago it was just for the battle outfits
I'm trying some run grab cheese tonight since I noticed CPU didn't really have an answer for it on Normal.
Those Story colors came in the same big update as the Battle colors.
They added the extra 5 story colors when they added the extra battle outfit colors.

s.HK can't chain into itself safely, lol. Its range isn't impressive, either.
Bison has 3 weaknesses:
1) Zero defensive options.
2) No way to open people up.
3) Slowest movement speed in the game (same as Sim last I checked).
If you can't figure out how to abuse those facts, that's on you. Bison is a decidedly mediocre character in this game. He eats up scrubs, and that's about it.
Not something you could depend on but can be very helpful in struggle situations, CPU even on hardest difficulty always try to block your VT unblockable punches. The moment you start charging, unless he already committed to a move, he will just stay in place trying to block.
