I decided to finally get off my butt and go to my first major for this game. I'll be at Defend the North this weekend and I just found out that Punk is in my pool (though on the opposite side of the bracket so I doubt I'll fight him). I'm hoping to go at least 2-2.
What do you guys do to get over tournament jitters? Back in my SF4 days I would play with real people far more often but now I feel like I've regressed to getting the shakes when playing IRL and it affects my execution. My plan is to show up as soon as they open and get as many casual matches in as possible, as well as listening to music while playing my tournament matches to distract myself from the ambiance.
