I like how Bison's versus screen pose is basically a titty grab attempt
No Hazanshu is going to feel weird for a while.
Well VS also didn't have a fade to black between rounds .Oh another elements from Vampire Saviour, interesting! We've seen something like this in previous videos with the Asia stage for example.
For real, I can see people getting confused, especially since this is a first for Street Fighter isn't it?I agree with this. That shit is gonna be mad confusing.
Those Chun proportions, what the hell?
I want to play this game so bad. Have they said if any of the V-Skills use any meter, or are limited at all? It seems kinda weird that they'll have one character that can parry everything. Makes me wonder a bit about balance.

Also, are combos dependent on 1F links? Or did they become more lenient with the more meaty feeling attacks?

Not talking about the thighs! What's wrong with them? Chun's thighs aren't too of me anymore, so I don't see a problem.
There will be combos that don't require 1F links, just as there will be combos that do. This isn't a deliberate decision but a natural consequence of attacks having differing amounts of frame advantage.
1F links will remain 1F links. Only execution mechanics/glitches (depending on your interpretation) such as 'plinking' will make them easier.

1F links will remain 1F links. If meaty attacks making 1F links easier, it's because the attack being meaty is increasing the frame advantage, therefore it's not a 1F link anymore. Only execution mechanics/glitches (depending on your interpretation) such as 'plinking' will make them easier. And who knows if plinking is even in this.
It will have both target combos and links.
Links are supposedly easier now.

for the love of god capcom please add haggar to sf5.
All I'm seeing is stuff that'll make it harder on a scrub-tier casual like me.

You should have, the comparison is pretty crazy: http://www.mobygames.com/images/sho...hter-iv-windows-screenshot-chun-li-vs-ryu.jpgDo you -want- me to show the SFIV versus pic for her?
Because I can. But I really don't want to.
Couldn't think of a way to say it politely, so thanks.Just say her chest is bigger than usual don't dance around it.
Doesn't seem like Ryu's parry gives you any real; frame advantage, huh?
That's the portrait art bruh, you need to look at those in game models of the life she's packing. You should have, the comparison is pretty crazy: http://www.mobygames.com/images/sho...hter-iv-windows-screenshot-chun-li-vs-ryu.jpg
Honestly man, it's worth the investment. Admittedly, I definitely invested a good 2-3 months to get decent, but it's saved me a bunch of money. I'm never pressured to go out and get the latest releases or $60 AAA game. It makes it much easier to patiently wait for price-drops because, you invest so much time into one game and always have a fall back to go to. And fighters are extremely pick up and play in nature. It's very practical to just play for 30 minutes a day after work, have a good time with a few matches, upload a replay, and call it in.This looks spectacular so far.
Makes me wish I was still into fighting games. I just don't have a lot of time to learn them these days, and I get absolutely creamed when playing online.
If anything it should be easier for casuals since it seems they're making 1 framers easier to doAll I'm seeing is stuff that'll make it harder on a scrub-tier casual like me.
I'm sure it does. The IGN writer said it gave him enough to go for a sweep.
Fucking Stone Ocean, all I can hear inside my head now is BEATS AH BEATS AH BEATS BEATS AH BEATS AH BEATS BEATS AH BEATS AH BEATS BEATS IN MY HEEAAD
Looks pretty good. Glad they got rid of SF4 systems completely as those have to be some of my least favorite mechanics in the series. I am surprised that they took away and gave Dictator some new moves but Ryu still hasn't gotten back Joudan Sokotou Geri in a main series title again. I am also not sure about Dictator's walking speed..... Overall looks like it should turn out great and cannot wait to get some time with it during the beta. (Please go active during E3 like Hardline/Destiny last year)
Verendus tell Capcom to please not wait until first patch to put Ken in! I need this in my veins ASAP! But I will wait for him. You know i will.BAH GAWD
HE KILLED HIM
Looks fast and fluid, unlike sfiv.
Bison seems like he's gong to be a more complex character with his special move being very important. I think he's going to be very powerful in the right hands. He's basically super slow & super fast. Just have to manage him properly.
Huh. I just saw him parry Nash's move up close and no punish, but maybe that was just on the player's end.
Ryu is OP once again LMAO, lovin it.

No Ken is like...
DBZ without Vegeta.
MK without Scorpion
Virtua Fighter without Jacky
Naruto without the Sauce
One Piece without Zoro or
One Piece without Sanji
Guilty Gear with Sol
Blue without Red
I'm running out of references, but I hope you see the desperation.
